The receptionist Lydia was wonderful. She greeted us with a smile & was very professional. The dentist Soni was very thorough with explaining our dental work. And Yoli was amazing at explaining our financial options and helping us set up our next appointment. The whole staff was extremely friendly, made us laugh and super comfortable!! We loved our visit & highly recommend you come here!

This was the worst experience I ever had with a dentist they canceled on me 4 times 1 time they didn't even call me I went. Up there a note was on door sorry closed today they only have 1 dentist at the Illinois store I feel so sorry for that young lady.my last appointment I waited over 2hrs.my dentures are in my bathroom closet.i will never go back I lost$1,300. .Good Luck you will see

I had scheduled appointments for my kids.We got there on time we were waiting 2hrs in the back they barely did the exams and they haven't even done the cleanings. So we left without getting the cleanings. So I decided to give them another chance and rescheduled my kids again and when we showed up the office was closed. They didn't even call me to let me know they were going to be closed or reschedule. I'm done with that place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Scammers I made an appointment for my mother for a deep cleaning and she was quoted $6,000 they told her she they need it to extract her wisdom teeth and do other stuff. Just the cleaning was $900 so we went to see my dentist who did a full exam and he said that there was no need to extract those teeth's specially if they not hurting all she need it was Few fillings and deep cleaning which cost $600 because she doesn't have dental insurance. The only reason I came to this place was because is close to my mothers house and thought they were professionals.

The staff was amazingly helpful to get my insurance information accepted. I came in for an emergency appointment to get a rear molar removed. I was in excruciating pain. Staffing did all they could to receive confirmation of my insurance so I was able to get the tooth pulled.

This Jefferson Dental location on Illinois St ROCKS!!!! The staff is so awesome!!! Everyone from the front office and Ms Yolanda Dr Shala is a awesome Dentist. Not only did she address my immediate concerns, she educated me on my future dental needs. She mapped out everything I need to maintain a healthy dental outcome

I had an appointment at 3:30 at the Illinois location. I arrived on time and waited for what seemed like forever to be called to the back. Once called to the back, X-rays were take in various ways and was told I needed a cleaning and cavity filled. Someone was to come back and give me an estimate of cost. When the lady finally comes, the first thing she says is, "can you come back tomorrow for you needed services? We closed at 5:30pm and it's now 5:38pm." I had to ask for the estimate which I was supposedly waiting on and had been there for now over 2 hours and not as much of a cleaning was done! I was livid because so much time was wasted and not so much as a sincere apology was given, just a time to come back the next day. My time is precious and I wish it would have been respected. I will not be returning

The staff is always very friendly and nice. The only thing is a lot of times your appointment will not start on time or sometimes you'll get brought back and then wait in the chair for a long while.

I had an horrible experience here today!! The person behind the window was nice and the people that took my X-rays were nice as well which is why I'm giving it two stars but the doctor OMG... for one, he was rushing on me so he could go to lunch, ended up giving me over 20 anesthesia shots in my freaking mouth and didn't get to finish because I got up and left from how bad he was hurting me while trying to extract my teeth. I've never liked going to the dentist not even as a little kid & the doctor definitely reminded me why I hate going to the dentist!! Do not recommend!!!
