A poor experience at the dentist as a child kept me away for years. But I am happy to say that I was well taken care of here at Jefferson Dental and now I see oral care and dentistry are necessary and can be pleasant. Canessa said really took care of me for my cleaning, which I was dreading. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and will definitely return! :D

Dr. Shah is the one of the best dentist I've ran across in a while. Canessa the hygienist is very sweet and caring. You can tell she have a heart for people. Both explain what they are doing throughly. The front office staff is great as well.

Ms. Canessa was absolutely wonderful! She made sure I was ok throughout my whole experience. I felt so comfortable that I almost fell asleep, lol! Wonderful bedside manner and a great sense of humor. The entire staff was very warm and welcoming.

As soon as I walked in The Reception Area was clean and Comfortable and The Reception Desk was very kind and Informative in helping fill out my paperwork! Dr. Shah The Dentist and Her Assistants did an excellent Job in Examining me and Telling me my options in Treatment and The Financial Assistance Officer helped me Work an Awesome plan for Payment. Dr. Shah and team then executed a Glorious Root Canal and Crown Placement. Mrs. Canessa the Hygenist rounded out my visit with an excellent job of Cleaning My Teeth and gave me instructions on maintaining the Health and wellness of my teeth and the importance of it in terms I could relate to (Military). I give my overall Experience an A+++! They are the Best

Went in today with one very important thing to do at this dentist Dr.shaw. All I needed was to extract a tooth. After 1hr. and a half. Many unnecessary exrays nothing accomplished. My tooth was not extracted and it was a waste of time. Then, the finance lady manger came out in a rude manner that it would be 500.00 dollars for one tooth to get pulled. Now really that doesn't sound fair. The BBB needs to contacted check this place out. Not happy wasted day! Call NBC 5

I usually hate the dentist. Never had good experiences until Jefferson dental. The staff is very sweet, I never have to wait and they are hustlers. The dentist is so sweet, gentle and really cares about her patients. She doesn't even deal with billing because she wants to ensure she only treats the patients and what they need. The dental hygienist is also really great, kind, gentle. Really is the best dentist I have been too. Don't let the building scare you away. Even today as I was leaving, another patient had pizza delivered because how great the ladies are. I also always appreciate how much they try to ensure all insurance is covered so my out of pocket is low.
