I got a loan to cover for the procedure I needed to get done. I took 4 months to go, but it was paid for once I got there. They said they changed staff and they could no longer get it done. Rip off

Very disappointed! Husband went in for two extractions. After two hours, he came out with a estimated bill for $3,000, a list of five procedures, an offer for a $3,000 line of credit, and absolutely no dental work done. None. I am waiting to see what they charged my insurance for! Needless to say we will not be coming back to Jefferson Dental.

Worst dental experience ever ! Everyone is extremely hostile and rude . Rushed through my whole process. Kept sending different assistance to explain instead of the actual manager coming to speak to me . Do not recommend !! Even the assistant said the most ignorant comment when asked a question. I don't even believe the people there are certified with the response's I was getting with every question asked .
