BEWARE if you have the option to go elsewhere please do . This place is ghetto . I only picked this place because I was in a rush to get work done but I wish I would have taken my business elsewhere. The definition of unprofessional. The women at the front desk are every unprofessional and frankly look unkept. The orthodontist does not seem to know what she is doing and that is concerning. Seems like they are always confused about everything. I had an appointment for 1:30 and I did not get seen until about 2 because the ladies at the front desk were talking and playing around . I had to get up and leaving in the middle of my appointment because there were taking sooo longgg !! I wish I could finish my treatment elsewhere .

Everyone on the Staff did an Excellent job!!! They were all Respectful, Friendly, and Genuinely Caring about my well being and comfort!!! The Richardson location is the best and I've been a patient over 8 years!!! Try them out and see for yourself!!!

The desk staff was very nice and professional. The Doctor is very unprofessional , She found 8 cavities .I went ato see a well known Dentist and I did x- ray I don't have any. She thought I'm stupid. They lied to me saying my Insurance refuse to pay. I called my insurance they said yes I have coverage . Lies lies.

Gentleman who works as dental hygienist (Oscar) is amazing. You can tell he cares about what he does. He also treats people very well. There is an air of kindness with him. My experience with ortho staff has been a positive one also.

We had a consultation with the general dentistry side and it was an awful experience. The entire process took over 90mins, and the dentist didn't even appear until the last 15mins. I was asked to sign a treatment plan & consent to treatment before I was even given an estimate for services. After we got the estimate I asked to talk tot he doctor about the process for extractions, how they manage pain, etc, but the doctor never came back.

No hicieron nada por suerte gracias al antibiotico cicatrizo, pero con los dias aparecio un resto me preocupo tanto que decidi viajar a mi pais y afortunadamente me atendio un medico Cirujano Maxilo Facial me cuestiono si las personas de dicha clinica me habian hecho saber lo que ocurrio con mi muela y absolutamente no me lo hicieron saber, de hecho llamaron a mi telefono y dejaron un mensaje preguntando si mi recuperacion estaba bien, es increible e irresponsable no advertirme de que tenia un trozo alojado en mi encia aun, pesima atencion todo lo que les interesa es conseguir el mayor numero de trabajo por hacer, carecen de profesionalismo y de interes por ayudar al paciente, si les manifiestas que no estas interesado en realizarte mas trabajos en tu dentadura. Worst place to possibly go. Got quoted $10,000 for work that "needed" to be done. Was told I need about 6 crowns and 2 root canals with crowns. Went to another dentist-Park Dental for another opinion and wow. Only needed one root canal AND ZERO CROWNS! New dentist is doing my root canal from the back of my tooth and filling it in. Here they wanted to do two root canals to the next tooth that doesn't even need it and put a crown on the tooth that doesn't even need a root canal in the beginning. At Jefferson's I received a $250 bill for my first visit. Without dental insurance I paid $100 for my first visit just to be charged for a bunch of extra stuff I didn't do - like a deep cleaning? My appointment took 10 minutes I was in and out. I have now tried to reach the new manager (old one was great) 5 times now. No response. Each time I'm told I will get a call back. I've called 5 times and still haven't been contacted. Might have to just show up to the office to finally get someone to talk to me. Don't go here they just want to take your money without your best interest at heart. So disappointing going to dentist's who lie just to make more money- or they just genuinely don't know what they are doing.
