My insurance was billed for services I never received. I called the office and the call was sent to the billing department. I've been calling the billing department for a week no answer , just an automated message. I'm extremely disappointed in the experience Ive had with this company.

Jefferson Dental does not even deserve 1 star for what they put me through!.....Alexa in the billing department quoted me on paper, how much it would cost to fix my teeth. I needed a cleaning, x-rays, 1 cavity, and 1 extraction with a bone graph. Alexar assured me that it was all covered by Cigna and the only thing I would have to pay for was the irrigation, which was done after the cleaning, it was $30. I was quoted $1290 on May 27th, 2022. A couple of weeks later I started receiving my statements from Cigna. Cigna was charged $2537. I was told on May 27th that my procedures would be $1290 in which I have receipts for totaling $1290. Why was Cigna overcharged $1247? Not only did Jefferson Dental screw me out of my dental allowance, which is 2,000 for a calendar year, they screwed Cigna by over charging them. Now, Jefferson Dental is claiming I owe them $477 in which I REFUSE to pay. If anything was not covered by Cigna, then I should of been told the day of the procedure, so I could cancel and find another dentist. I have called Jefferson Dental inquiring about my problem four times. Twice I was put on hold and hung up on and twice I was told that Alexar in billing would contact me in which she never did. I have NEVER dealt with a Dental establishment that was so rude, unprofessional and dishonest. I recommend this place to no one; I plan on filing a complaint with the Texas State Board of Dental Examine in Austin Texas about the Fraud Jefferson Dental on 20310 FM 529 #400 in Cypress, Texas is pulling, if they Fraudulently are overcharging Cigna healthcare and doing this to me, then there is no telling how many other people they are pulling this scam on. Shame on YOU Jefferson Dental! Anyone who goes though Cigna healthcare to get your teeth fixed, I would advise you to always get a receipt for every procedure these people do, it's the only proof you have. The dentist and hygienist are awesome. Administrative management sends out bills but can't substantiate them. Contacting the management staff is useless no one ever calls back from the management team to resolve issues.

I was on time for my appointment and patiently waited over an hour for my son to be seen for his schd appt., just for them tell me that if he needs any services done for cavities etc. They won't be able to do them today basically because it's time for them to go home, because the other Patients took a little over schedule and she had a hard time verifying my insurance. This is not my problem that other patients went over on time, why am I being punished for your scheduling or you verifying my insurance which could have been done ahead of time? Worse customer service ever, for me to wait over an hour for an appointment and make me take off again if needed for any follow up services needed due to your ready go home. That's a new one for me, I have been to several dentist and have never been told that before, I have watched several dentist stay way over schedule to make sure their patients services were completed. I expected better customer services here, so I'm very disappointed!

I was terrified of getting a root canal and a crown. I was really really nervous. Dr. Ali and his staff showed so much consideration. They gave me the proper comfort that everything will be ok. They took their time and Dr. Ali didn't let me get up until his work was perfect. I truly appreciate the love. I don't mind spending my coins in this facility! GOOOO Dr. Ali!

This JDC, I have been to another, is outstanding. The staff were all very friendly. The wait was minimal. I do have insurance so no problems with charges. It was a good experience.

I had a dental emergency and I googled and found Jefferson dental so I booked an appointment online. They were able to see me that day and extracted my wisdom tooth that was causing me issues and Dona long overdue deep cleaning. Plus I was able to finance it through care credit 18 months no interest since I didn't have insurance. Everyone was very helpful, especially the and nice and Dr Ali had me cracking up overall a great experience, and I'll keep

Yesterday I had a wisdom tooth extraction & a bone graft placement. Dr. ALI assured me the whole way of each procedure and prescribed me meds that were suitable for my financial needs. Today, I'm a little sore as to be expected. No bruising no bleeding. I have 1 more wisdom tooth left & he will be my dentist moving forward. Thank you for being patient with my needs & my nervousness.

If you are looking knowledgeable, friendly, professionals Jefferson Dental and Orth is for you. My team which consist of Dr. Fahham, Bai, and Josue were phenomenal. The chair side manner was impeccable. Bao is great at explaining everything he is doing with you. I highly recommend!

Too be honest, there's this one female at the front, who I can't stand, like she has horrible attitude with everything, even on the phone. It's like I'm an inconvenient for her... I'm always respectful to so I never know what her problem is. Then this one time I was going in for an adjustment and the student dentist had her hair over me.....like it was touching my forehead....So I was like "Excuse me can you move your hair away from my face please" and she did but like isn't that common sense I mean I got my mouth wide open why would you or I want your hair close to me ???? and another thing is this one student who was doing my adjustment didn't cut my wire all the way so it poking me and I went back in and the same female at the front said "sorry you need to make an appointment "I was like well I can't it's poking me right now can you please find out if someone can take me in ,it should only take less then 4 minutes" she said no so this lady Miss,Tiffiny came in, because she was hearing everything and she assisted me quick so she is always helpful like when I need appointments, will set them up at the time most coinvent for me and she's always really respectful and helpful so she good people, the doctor here to she's a sweetheart, and there's like 3 good students I wish I knew their names but they always do a good job with my teeth and braces and yeah overall, this dentist not that bad, I just wish they had a new person at the front who was smiling because I mean their logo is "how can I make you smile today" but nah she makes me frown so....she gotta change her face and attitude.

Super friendly staff & drs. Put my son at ease right away and accommodated his small mouth Dr was easy to talk to & efficient. So happy out insurance is taken here. Will make future dentist trips less scary for my little one.

Dr. Ali was very nice and funny. My children really enjoyed him and his staff. His assistant Jocelyn was also very gentle and nice as well. I will be changing my dental preferences to the cupress location. Thank God for nice dentists and their staff.
