Waiting three hours for my kids had dental appointments, when my kids came out they said only exams, no clean. Why??? Set up appointments for nothing..It happened couple times until now. I am so mad..managers work again..

I came to get a cleaning and I was impressed on how detailed and precise De'shaun is. He gave me knowledge, direction, and over all super professional. Zulema was also very graceful and guided me through my deep cleaning. Zulema is a great asset to the team. Now when you walk in and leave Faby and Karina make you feel at home. They are truly genuine and here to help you. I am also doing my ortho here as well and STELLA literally makes this place a destination. STELLA customer service, her work ethic, her integrity go above and beyond. I am more than happy to be doing my dental work here.

Their all over the place and I was there for more then three hours without getting getting anything done! They only looked at my teeth and left the room and I haven't seen them for an hour ! I'm still waiting and still no help ! No explanation! No communication!

This office is impossible to reach! I have been trying to contact them for 2 days & have not been able to reach the actual office. They forwarded all the calls to the call center that can't assist & just send them an email to reach out to you when they are available... I had an email sent 2 days ago & still no response

The scheduling is the most disappointing aspect for this business, it doesn't matter which location you visit. Getting an available appointment is not the issue. From what I can see they allow multiple appointments to be scheduled at the same time when they only have 1-2 doctors on site. This increases your wait time to be seen and how long you are going to wait in the room for the dentist to come in to finally see you. I took my teenager in to have her lower brackets put in and to tighten the top brackets. I waited 30 mins after my scheduled time to ask the front desk what was taking so long and was told they were a little backed up. 15 mins later, we were called to the back along with another patient which I didn't like. There's no real greeting or welcome when you rally us together like cattle. She didn't talk to us at all, only pointed to the area to have a seat in. The other patient that walked back with us had only waited 15 mins before they were called back and the dentist went to their room first which increased my level of irritability. We waited in the room for the dentist to come in which was another 20 mins, just to be finished within 30 mins. I don't blame the dentist. I blame the schedulers but the Carrollton front office can use a lesson in how to handle PHI and they constantly recite names and DOBs out loud to each other while the lobby is filled with people. The back is filled with students that can learn how to properly greet patients and doctor Patel needs to return to school and learn proper bedside manners when speaking to patients about their dental options and care. Not happy with Jefferson and won't be returning in the new year.

The business structure of this facility needs works as well as the communication and customer service. If you are trying to schedule and appointment at this location let me give you some tips ... 1. Unfortunately for you the dentist side and the ortho side don't really work well together. I called and tried to schedule an appointment for both dentistry and ortho, one of your appointments was magically not in the system. 2. If you want braces, schedule a checkup with the dentist FIRST! DO NOT go to ortho first. They can't put braces on until you're cleared by the dentist, this could cost you anywhere from a free cleaning to a few thousand. In my case, I went to ortho first for my consultation and paid about $850 to get my braces, but had to get cleared by the dentist and ended up having to pay another $1000 to get the braces put on. This took about 5 hours and 2 visits. 3. Anything outside of a basic cleaning, prepare to be there for a while. 4. Don't try to get any assistance from ANYONE in the building from 12:30-1:30pm. This is their lunch time and they become very hangry and rude at that time. They will remind everyone within earshot that this is their lunch hour and they can't help you. if they just so happen to be helping you at that time it will be rushed and full of attitude. Everyone going to lunch at the same time is crazy. 5. Although this is a chain dental company and they advertise being affordable, they cost just as much as any other dentist. You are not getting a "deal" or a "discount" so be prepared. I'm sharing this to hopefully help someone else prepare and have a better experience than I had.

I and my children have been dentistry and orthodontic patients for almost 10 years. The staff is always nice and polite, but they are the most incompetent team I have ever experienced. Almost EVERY appointment I make with them is either cancelled or moved to a different date, without letting me know. Thus, I arrive for my appt, with their appt reminder card, and they say they don't show that I have an appt. Also, they are very unprofessional, laughing at their frustrated customers, discussing personal issues and other incompetent employees, in the presence of customers. I can't wait until my daughter's braces are finished, so we NEVER have to visit their office again. I wouldn't recommend Jefferson Dental to my worst enemy.
