Cristabell was my hygienist and Jacky was my husband's they were both wonderful. They was very polite and showed that they care how we were doing with everything involved. Very thorough, not painful in any way. We agreed that this was the best dental experience we've ever had.

I was left in the chair waiting over 2hrs and still had not seen the dentist. I was handed my new dentures by a tech and when I answered "No they don't fit" I was told I'd have to wait for the dentist, another 30 minutes to an hour before I would see a dentist. So I left. I returned yesterday to get my new dentures and No they don't fit. The dentist said for me to eat with them a few days and come back for realignment. These are the worst. I felt dismissed, I felt like it didn't matter how badly they felt in my mouth, nothing was going to be done. They look like baby teeth not adult teeth, they don't fit my mouth and I'm not able to bite or chew. These teeth are made lopsided, I tried telling the dentist but she argued that the teeth fit together perfectly, well putting them together may look like they fit but not inside my mouth. I would never return to this place. And I'm letting my insurance know what and how I was treated and how the dentist didn't want to fix them for my mouth.
