My front teeth broke requiring me to get a dental bridge. I felt like I was in a torture chamber everytime I had to go there. The first time I came in he told me how easy the procedure would be and gave me a temporary. Next time I went in for the permanent, they told me I had to get them pulled because they didn't see the shards of teeth. They didn't put numbing cream on and gave me 8 shots of novocaine and pulled them while I was awake. I was screaming in pain. Got another temporary. Went back to get a mold for my permanent and they had to give me more numbing shots but I could feel him sawing and I was hurting but he didn't seem to believe me and kept going. I was sobbing after every visit here. Then a month and a half later my teeth were finally ready. Cost me $5000 and a new fear or dentists. Do not go here, they will make you go mental and never want to step into another dentist office. On me for not doing my research.

Lack of communication and organization, from little things (getting my name wrong) to big things (ignoring the reason I had come in and the pain it was causing). It took 2 visits and 3 days of pain to get what I needed. Likely won't be back.

Up to 50% off, not seeing that discount or any discount, at all. The staff professional and seem to know what they are doing.

My experience was great. The wait was a little bit longer than expected, but after talking with Gabby she let me know that they are currently short staffed. So no hard feelings. Everyone did a great job and I was More than satisfied with my experience. Thank you everyone!

Appointment was for 8:30. No one had a key to open the building. Apparently new staff or covering but even the last time, the appointment ran almost 4 hours just for X-rays and a cleaning. Seriously thinking of switching dentist offices.

Literal body horror. Dentist numbed my left side to work on 10&12. He drilled 10&12. Then filled 12. Started shaving down 7. I asked him to stop because I was in pain. I expressed "I didn't know you were going to work on that side. It's not numb. That hurts." Told me, "it's because we need to work so close to the gum line." He finished working on 7, didn't polish any of the two fillings, didn't finish filling 10, said he was done and left. I was shaking and crying because of the pain of having tooth 7 drilled. I felt a giant gap on 10 and a sharp edge on 7. Nurse called him in. He filled 10 then denied ever working on 7. Told me "you are probably just noticing that because you're more aware of how your mouth feels right now." I left and looked at 12 in the mirror and it looks so bad. It looks like Texas. I screamed because of the body horror feeling. Like SCREAM screamed. Waiting to hear from the regional manager. Experiencing temperature sensitivity where I didn't before. I'm in pain. I'm afraid that if I eat my teeth will break. Tooth 7 is so thin and still has the sharp edge on it. My teeth are gritty because they weren't polished after the fillings.

If you want to save yourself from a head ache, unprofessional staff and spending money on treatment you did NOT receive, I spent over a year waiting for my invisalign plan to be finished, waited weeks on for a tray that they did not order. Now I'm 2,200 under for a tray I never received. This place is Trash.. do not go to this place. The whole dental office is a joke and I would highly recommend not wasting your time here.

Let me count the ways this is the worst dental office ever. The dental chair/room they took me to was dirty from the previous client, it had white flecks all in the chair and all over the floor from dental molding so obviously the room nor chair were cleaned before they took me back wow. They told me a perio cleaning was $1300 and without explanation I was handed a treatment plan. I waited in the room forever for someone to come back after the dentist left and no one came so I walked up front and everyone was talking and ordering lunch.....thanks for the customer service. Who knows how long I would have waited back there if I hadn't walked up front. I called them the next day and said I couldn't afford a $1300 cleaning and they said I couldn't deviate from the treatment plan and a regular cleaning wouldn't help me....nice lol. I was calling to cancel my appt regardless because there's no way I would have allowed them to clean my teeth. The dentist was unpersonable, no personality and I could barely understand her. Worst dental office I've ever been to. I would have given zero stars if goggle had the option.

Horrible as always. I've been going there for the past two years just because I can only attend on Saturdays, however they never respect appointments. Past Saturday I got there before another patient and they let that patient go first just because they forgot about me even though I was right there. Every appointment they let me wait for about 1hour. Horrible service

I typed in emergency dental service on Google, and this place popped up first. I made an appointment and was pleased they had availability for the next day. That same evening they left me a message asking me to confirm my appointment (really, it's tomorrow), but I returned the call to confirm. I arrived at my appointment on time, in severe pain, and ready to see a dentist. The receptionist is not very friendly; she asked if confirmed my appointment. I was confused for a moment, then said I believe so. She said she couldn't find me and if I didn't confirm, I would have been removed from the appointment. That is the dumbest thing I've ever heard since I made the appointment less than 24 hours ago. I showed her my appointment confirmation and then showed her on my phone where I called to confirm. I was asked to fill out paperwork that I already filled out online. I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time. When I was FINALLY called back, I found out it was only a consult visit to make a treatment plan. My pain is at a 9.5; I don't have time for that! I do not recommend this place for any level of dental emergency.

BEWARE these people aggressively try to sell unnecessary procedures. In my visit they had me wait 3 hours to verify my insurance after i already submitted the information in the days before the appointment. Before my tooth cleaning they kept pressuring me into buying braces even though I've had dentists tell me it is not needed. They became impatient when I said I'm not looking for any expensive procedures and tried to tell me my appointment is done without even performing the teeth cleaning which is the only reason I came. I will never set foot here again and advise everyone to find someone else

First of all my appointment was at four didn't get seen until 530. Then when I walked in there was a lady yelling at the receptionist which was very very unprofessional. Then I get put in a room and there's two ladies yelling at a young man. I got up and told those ladies that they need to take their business with a young man to their office. They told me they did not have an office two to go to. So I told him to go outside I did not have to hear what they had to say to that young man. Plus it's embarrassing for the young man. Very unprofessional very unprofessional patients should not have to listen to problems that go on at work. Very upset I will not go back to that place ever again.
