We read bad reviews about bad customer service at this dental office but we are thinking positively and thought to give them a try. We made an appointment on Saturday for Monday at 9:45am. We got a confirmation text on Sunday that the appointment is confirmed and scheduled for 9:45am. We went there 10 minutes before the appointment and we were told that we were scheduled for 9am. When we said: "No, we have a message that you confirmed yesterday", and we tried to show the front desk lady the message with the 9:45am appointment, she continued saying that we were scheduled for 9am and resisted to look at the phone with the confirmation text. She said that they will see if they can still take us. At this point we just left. Very unprofessional. As many other bad reviews about the customer service, we were also one of the patients that couldn't even see how good the dentist could be.

Scheduled specifically for a cleaning at 10:30 and get asked to come back at 2:00... No i can not waste $4.00 in gas to come back

Please never attempt to go to this dental office for your needs! These people are not running a dental practice but are running a circus. They have an option to book appointments online. The first time I booked an appointment I received a text message from someone saying that the time and date I'd selected was not available despite it being an available option on their website. The person texting me was rude and condescending. A few days later I decided to give it another shot and rebook my appointment on a Saturday. Things started out great. I received a call to confirm my appointment which I did, then BOOM the day before my appointment I received a call telling me that the dentist that worked on Saturday was new and not credential with my insurance- Delta Dental. As a result I didn't reschedule. Don't waste your time with these people. Find another practice to go to that will honor their commitments!

The absolute worst experience at a dental office, the doctor that was there, cared more about, taking my teeth out, rather than trying to save them, or even giving me options for a root canal or other options. He immediately said "we need to pull these out", every other doctors office/dental dental office I've ever been tO cared more about keeping my teeth in my mouth and doing what they can to save them and keep me with the mouth full of teeth, and not just wanting to yank them out. And the doctor told me I can get implants in six months and I made a joke about how much it would be and that I don't just have that money laying around he decided to crack a joke and say no it's more like $15,000 which to me was not funny at all. I was very very disappointed in my experience today being a first time patient at this dental office.. Granted they said that that doctor only fills in on Wednesdays. And when I walked in to check myself in Toyota, now I had an appointment. The lady that was coming to make her next appointment coming out of the office was also complaining to them telling them that she had the worst experience she's ever had there. And honestly that should've been my red flag to not go. . Needless to say, I will not be returning back to this office.

Best Dr I've ever had! He's the most nicest Dr I've ever had, explains Treatment to where you understand what you need. I was greeted at the front by the 2 receptionist they were also very nice. Isreal the manager was amazing!! He was so so nice and helped me out the best he could!

This place was awsome I had been trying to get an extration and no other place would do it I called them and the said come on in will get it don't this was absolutely the best experience I have had I will recommend to everyone one I see. I wanted to tip the dentist he did su h a good ans professional job thank yall

The dental team in back is very good and professional!!! The Dentist & hygienist do EXCELLENT!!!! HOWEVER The folks who work at the front desk are not so good or professional. The clinic in south Arlington off matlock rd is the office I go. The front desk staff is not so good. Front desk personnel mispronounced my name purposely ( every single time i came to my appointments) , then not paying attention and over charged my credit card, by more than 500 dollars for a dental cleaning. The staff who work the front desk is not professional and don't pay attention

Do not go to this office! I went in it took the receptionist 5 mins to stop texting to acknowledge me. I needed a crown cemented back down that was intact that would cost $50. I give them the tooth they put a hole in the tooth! A big one and then no one knows what happened but its now a $1500 job! I have never felt more scammed in my life!

Terrible experience at this Matlock location. Went in for a teeth cleaning and waited over 2 hours just to be asked to reschedule the cleaning. Extremely disappointing.

The staff is rude and slow... everything time I come here I'm here at least three hours... today June 8, 2017 I came in the AC was off so it got extremely hot in the lobby...they never turned on the television in main lobby area... I was the one who turned it on in the children's area which was filthy... the bathrooms are discussing... the lobby is dirty.... the only patients that staff is nice to is the Spanish speaking ones... I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone... location needs to be shut down

THIS LOCATION REALLY SUX!!!!. The customer service is HORRIBLE!!. Went in last week needing tooth pulled I was in pain. They couldn't do service that day. Said they would give me callback and NEVER did. Went to ALL HEART Dental received EXCELLENT service and no run around. THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!! I was in pain and had an infection. Dentist did not give any pain medication or nothing for infection. Went to ALL HEART dental dentist is EXCELLENT she gave pain meds and antibiotic so she could work. JEFFERSON DENTAL in IRVING are far better than this location. Again THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE CLOSED. DO NOT GO THERE!! THEY DO NOT CARE. Bunch of ladies sitting in front desk gossiping. REALLY POOR ESTABLISHMENT. PLUS SAT IN LOBBY FOR AN HOUR BEFORE SEEN DENTIST. Go to ALL HEART DENTAL ON PIONEER. No wait and their staff is professional. Again DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION.
