*DO NOT GO HERE* I don't ever leave reviews but wow this place is terrible. My wife got her Invisalign here and it has been a nightmare from the start. A number of her appointments she has showed up and not even been seen because some excuse they make. She has waited in the waiting room for over an hour for some appointments and it won't even be busy. They have called saying her retainer is available a few times now and she has gone there mind you it's a 30 minute drive one way and the front desk says sorry it's not here yet. It is very frustrating when is spend thousands of dollars on something like this. I hope people who are reading this find a better dentist office in the area that hold there staff accountable for there mistakes. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I paid $35 for my xrays and records. Sherri has been so helpful. But I call today June 3rd and the supervisor answers no name given, I tell her I haven't received all my xrays she tells me I don't need them a new dentist can take them. I told her I paid and am expecting what I paid for. She gave me attitude and hung up on me. I called back and she gave me the silent treatment like a child. And told me I can figure out myself who to complain too as she's the supervisor and everyone else is her employee and they won't care. I told her she is very unprofessional and rude and she said are you done. I said no you're the supervisor you're supposed to tell me where to complain too she told me to figure it out myself. She does not need to be answering phones and being rude to her patients who pay her salary.

I had a very nice visit with my new dentist. It started with the receptionist. She was very kind and informative. Then my dentist was also very funny and easy to talk to. He was also very informative. He was willing and able to answer all my questions and make recommendations. It was a great choice to have them as a new dentist.

Awful. Don't recommend this place at all! Need all teeth removed but Dr wants to save 4 teeth but those 4 teeth need to be repaired in order to be saved. So that makes no sense to save them. Plus Dr told me to find my own oral surgeon that will take my insurance that he can give a referral to and he will tell them to save the 4 teeth that wouldn't even be worth saving. He's definitely not doing his job if I have to find my own surgeon. Plus he's definitely not thinking about what is more comfortable for me with all my pain I'm already going through. He's definitely only thinking about his money. Plus he was rude to me and kept telling me I needed to listen, he knows what I need. But that's not caring about what I want. I never threatened him or swore but I raised my voice because he kept talking over me and then told me I'm not allowed back there. Because I told him I don't agree with him and what he wanted me to do. They don't care what patient wants at all if they can't get your money.

No transparency from staff on bills. Insurance paid a ton and I paid a ton, 7 months later I get a 1200 bill and they say insurance didn't pay that amount. Never did they say ever that was a possibility and they said read the fine print. Scammers and fired from me now along with 25 other friends I have, I'd recommend not entertaining these guys. Service has always been sketchy and unfriendly.

One of best dentist office I've been in a long time. The office runs very smoothly, the staff is awesome, they want to fix what ever dental issue you have right on the spot. Dr Nirmal is incredible, I am glad to have him as my family's dentist, and myself as well. He tells you how it is and gives you choices on treatment. I'm happy with them...

Before my visit, I hadn't been to a dentist in almost 10 years and I was terrified that I had waited too long. The dentist and hygienist were very friendly and made me feel comfortable about my situation. Definitely recommend!

Staff is extremely nice , from the front desk to the back. Extremely helpful and understanding. Would definitely recommend this place . They did so well with my children couldn't ask for more . Thank you !!!

It's very clean, the staff is very nice. I went in with a lot of questions and general fear of getting work done, but everyone did so well I'm definitely very happy I chose to go here. I got a tooth extracted and now on my next appointment I'll get braces. The last ortho I went too wanted to remove 4 teeth! But here they removed just my problem tooth.

Went in today on an emergency visit to have a bad tooth extracted. Appointment was at 1 and I got there quarter to. A few quick questions on a tablet and I was in the dentist chair. An x ray within 5 minutes and it was determined my wisdom tooth should come out with the bad one. About 10 minutes into the visit, they were ready to rock and roll. About 10 minutes after and I was all set! It was literally a half hour from the time I walked into the door untill I walked out! Pain free And was able to get back to work and finish my day.

Very dissatisfied with this office! Have took my kids here several times in the past with no issues! Then in 2020 seems like they didn't want to do anything for my children who are 6 and 7 told me they couldn't help didn't give a reason or an x-ray just said there was nothing they could do and told us to find a periodontist! So we called around for one and they lady asked us how old the new patient was we told her 6&7 and she said there is no reason they should have to be seen by us! They should have done a full work up. So we called mccue dental and they fixed my childrens teeth without turning them away! What a waste of time and money! Will not be going back! Would have gave negative stars but wasn't an option!

The dentist is extremely rude and belittling. My son had a couple cavities and he pretty much called me a bad parent.
