Dr. Jouandot is a lifelong resident of the New Orleans area. After graduation from Brother Martin, Dr. Jouandot went on to the University of Southern Mississippi where he received his Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1998.In 2003 he graduated from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry.He is a member of the American Dental Association, the New Orleans Dental Association and the Louisiana Dental Association.

Yvonne has 35 years of experience and continues her education to keep abreast of the latest technologies and advances in the dental hygiene field.
Victoriasfavorite part of being a dental hygienist is the relationships she forms with her patients. She takes great pride in making sure her patients are well taken care of in every aspect. She enjoys getting to know them and their families. Victoria has 16 years of experience and is always continuing to advance her dental knowledge to benefit and educate her patients. When she isn't working, she is traveling and spending time with family and friends.

The staff and hygienist are great, they are cordial and professional. The dentist needs to work on his communication skills as he comes of as rude to both his staff and patients. His work is okay.

Have been going here for years. Because the staff is so great hear me along with my children have never been afraid to go to the dentist. I wouldn't go anywhere else. It is always clean and everyone here goes out of their way to make you comfortable. I love it here!!!they are great with adults and children! Can't give this place enough stars my son broke his front tooth in half and by the time Mr. Charles was done you would ha e never noticed! His work is beyond amazing

I have never experienced such amazing service in my life. Dr. Charles Jouandot is wonderful. From reception to hygienist the entire staff made me feel welcomed and comforted with my extensive dental care needs. I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep while he was doing a pulp cap. And I am not a day sleeper. I feel confident that this team will give me the smile I always wanted. God bless all of you. Best dentist ever!!!

Called and made my husband a new patient appointment. A day before his appointment, Maxine (spelling?) called and confirmed his appointment and told me that he has a deductible of $50. I argued this fact because I know my benefits. She said the xrays were only covered at 80% even BMX (so not true)! I called my insurance company and sure enough bitewings are covered at 100%. I called back and Maxine was very rude and then changed her story saying she couldn't see a new patient without getting a full mouth of X-rays. My husband needs his teeth cleaned and this place is clearly only worried about making money. Very disappointed. Wish the dentist knew how his staff treated people.

The guy is a pompous ass gets smart does the job but pain management afterwords is out of the question he even noted an infection in my mouth after he extracted a tooth not to mention he chipped my front tooth with a utensil in the process so basically he caused the infection and really chipped another tooth and was unwilling to even prescribe me a strong Tylenol which I explained with my insurance would be only 50 cents
