Received text this morning that when I pull into driveway to text "C" which I did. Was notified by text to come in and went through Covid screening which is good. Everyone there was pleasant and my visit for teeth cleaning went very well. Same experience every time I've gone there and I strongly recommend Jefferson Dental.

I called as a new patient looking to book, as I am moving to the area. The receptionist told me the earliest she had was 4 months out. I decided I would have another cleaning with my current dentist (which she agreed was a wise choice) and wanted to book my new patient visit 6 months out. She rudely told me to call back in a few months to do that, because it was too far away and people cancel. I asked why I couldn't book 6 months out now, as she was currently offering me her earliest at 4 months out. (Also, when you leave the dentist...they always book your next 6 month cleaning on the spot...) without responding she put me on hold. I didn't bother waiting- I hung up and was booked with my current dentist today. I will definitely find a different dentist in the area, especially after reading other reviews about rude staff

I have been going to this dentist office for over a decade! Due to COVID and obviously not going to the dentist during a pandemic. I am now a "New patient" after going to the same dentist for years ha! This place is an absolute joke and is no help! Dr. Ragge is amazing but the staff is awful. The front desk doesn't help in any way and are completely unprofessional. Not to mention they lost all my files, again from over a decade, so now I have nothing to bring with me for a new dentist. Absolutely absurd!! I do not recommended at all. Place completely changed after COVID. Disgusted! *minus Dr. Ragge*

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I have been a patient here for 25+ years. The staff are outstanding and make you feel comfortable regardless of what procedure you are having. Whether you are having a routine cleaning or something more involved, they are excellent. Special thanks to Dr. Hanzel, Lisa and Kelly for the great work you do. Big smiles !

Went there for the first time today after my dentist retired made me feel very comfortable very acceptable these doctors are cutting edge got right to the bottom of it very professional very knowledgeable feel very comfortable there I recommend this to anybody that's looking for a dentist they're the best

All aspects of the visit were perfectly professional both in the handling of Covid-related issues, the dental care and the reception. I am not able to suggest any way to improve the quality of service.

I have been going to Jefferson Dental for over 15 years. The staff is great! Office is very clean, comfortable and safe. Doctor Hanzel is very knowledgeable and compassionate and Lisa my hygienist is the best! They have become like family and I love going to my appointments which not too many people say about going to the dentist!
