They were so welcoming and I was terrified of my teeth being pulled and they talked me through everything and helped me all the ways they could. Everyone is kind and welcoming.They were flexible with my busy schedule as well. Will definitely go back if I have to get teeth removed again! Thank you to Dr. Bessey and his team!

My dentist referred me to JCOMS to get my wisdom teeth pulled last year. While the actual procedure went very well and the recovery was smooth, I have MANY complaints about how this business is run. First, I had just had Xrays done at my dentist to determine I needed my wisdom teeth pulled. A few weeks later, when I went to JCOMS, they stated that they needed their own Xrays, even though they received the ones from my dentist. Since they were so close together, insurance did not cover these Xrays and I had to pay JCOMS over $200 for the same Xrays I just have weeks prior. At my consultation and on the day of my procedure, they gave me a estimated cost based on what my insurance would cover. I chose to go with their company based on this price. I paid for the procedure up front and went on my way. Months later, they sent me a bill in the mail saying I owed them more money...worst part was it was more than I paid the first time. They said I had 15 days to pay over double what I was originally quoted! I have been calling JCOMS and my insurance for months, getting conflicting information. My insurance says they will cover the remaining balance if JCOMS submits it again with the proper coding. However, JCOMS keeps telling me I need to pay them directly and my insurance will pay me back directly if they choose to cover it. My insurance says this is completely untrue, and now JCOMS is threatening to take me to collections because they are improperly submitting the claim to my insurance. When I try to call them now, their number says it cannot be reached! While the dental work they do is top notch, their business is not worth dealing with! Wish I would have known about how poorly their estimates and billing are handled prior to choosing their company. They already charged me for unnecessary Xrays, and now they want me to pay over double their estimate without properly billing insurance. I would NOT recommend using this company!

My boys had their wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Bauman. The surgeries went very smoothly and the staff was very caring and professional. I would highly recommend this office!

I want to thank Dr Bauman for the kind and compassion he gave during my oral surgery of placing 4 implants and I am having no pain but some soreness. My surgery had been changed 4 times in 9 months due to Covid 19.

JCOMS is absolutely amazing. The staff, nurses, and surgeons. Dr. Bessey and Miriam (sorry if I spelled it incorrectly) were so welcoming, assuring and warming the day of the surgery. I was most worried about the anesthesia, but they made the surgery so smooth and comfortable. If you're like me, deathly afraid of the dentist, I'm here to say you are in good hands at this place and have nothing to worry about.

It took longer for the anesthesia to kick in then it did for him to take my four wisdom teeth out. I cannot stress how painless it all was. It's odd because they warned me I'd feel pulling and pressure and I did but it was truly painless. They're amazing and so good at their job.

I suffer from anxiety and the dentist and any surgery associated with my mouth is a huge trigger for me. I had two impacted wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Bauman and his team did a wonderful job making sure i was comfortable and as pain free as i could be given the nature of my surgery. They even offered a warm blanket for me during surgery! Fantastic and very patient staff! They were very good at calming me down and giving me the time and space i needed to relax and keep calm. I never once felt rushed or pushed, and all my dumb questions were answered, with warm smiles. If his office ends up seeing this review: thank you so much!!!

Wonderful experience with Dr. Bauman and the entire staff. I had my wisdom teeth removed and felt that they did an excellent job preparing me for the procedure and providing the information I needed to recover quickly. I highly recommend JCOMS.

I'm sure the surgeons here are great but I wouldn't know because I talked to a receptionist named Shelby who was very rude to both my mom and I (neither of us were rude to her) about an insurance issue that we were having. She was also rude when I called to set up my appointment two weeks ago but I thought it was just a one off thing. I'll most likely find somewhere else to have my wisdom teeth removed which is unfortunate because I've heard nothing but fantastic things about the surgeons.

Such a positive experience!! From the warm smiles of the staff to Dr Bessey. I was in such pain and in a matter of 5 minuets he had a tooth pulled out. No pain or bruising after the procedure. Highly! Highly recommend! Not only was the staff so great, but I also overpaid due to insurance paying more than they expected. I was quickly issued and mailed a check for the overpayment.

Dr Bessey was great, I had my wisdom tooth extracted never felt any pain or swelling the day of my surgery or during recovery. I highly recommend going here!
