We will be fair and upfront with you about the cost of your treatment before we begin. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Our experienced staff will submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, CareCredit, or any major credit card.
Dr. Hancock was born and raised in Nacogdoches. He graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry in 2000. Prior to dental school he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University (Class of 95).
He prides his practice on continuing education, so he and his staff keep up with the latest and best techniques for their patients. Dr. Hancock is a member of several professional organizations, the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Pineywoods Study Club, and the Academy of General Dentistry.

Preventive Care - We work with you to keep your mouth, teeth and gums healthy. We believe in a collaborate approach with the patient to create an effective preventive program that defends against dental diseases
Fillings - We provide restoration of tooth structure with metal, porcelain or resin materials. We will take care of you and your family's cavities by using the most current technology available for fillings.
Digital X-Rays - Dental x-rays are essential diagnostic tools that provide valuable information to help us evaluate your oral health. We can look at what is happening beneath the surface of your teeth and gums to identify any potential problems and create an individualized dental treatment plan. Digital x-rays use less radiation than conventional film based x-rays. We use the latest sensors and computers to generate the highest quality images available.
Crowns - A crown is a cap that is designed to be placed over a tooth to restore its strength and improve its appearance. A crown may be needed for traumatic fractures, wear due to teeth grinding, tooth decay, cracked fillings and root canals.
Extractions - When a tooth is beyond repair, tooth extraction helps to sustain and preserve the health of your gums and bone. A failed tooth can be caused by an unsuccessful root canal, periodontal disease, or extensive tooth decay, in which case an extraction can bring relief.

Dr. Hancock has been my dentist for about a decade. Finding an excellent dentist is difficult, and I feel so fortunate to have found him. He explains each thing he is doing in detail, always presents every option available to you, and is painless. His staff is so friendly and capable, and takes the time to get to know each patient. Going is like visiting friends. I cannot recommend Dr. Hancock highly enough. Look no further if you are searching for the best dentist in Nacogdoches. Even if you live in Lufkin, it is worth the drive.

My regular dentist was out of the office for medical reasons, and I was referred to Hancock for a semi emergency. Not happy about it because i had learned that do not have a good rep in town, but I called anyway. NO ONE from Hancock's office ever called me back. When I called them again, I was treated extremely bad by Hancock's office staff. One of the rudest I have ever experienced! Thanks for nothing to this staff and dentist! However, God is good, and I have located another in town that seems to be the best in Nac!

Love LOVE this Dentist. Staff has always been overly nice and accommodating, Jeff Hancock came highly recommended to me by several friends when I was complaining about my horrible dentist in another town. He fixed the work of the bad dentist (fillings fall out) and it has held for several years now (other dentist filled 9 times in 3 years). And the hygienist that cleaned my teeth also did a better job than my old dentist office. Highly recommend!
