During your first visit, our objective is to get to know you better, to become familiar with your past dental experiences and to establish a treatment plan that will best meet your dental needs.
When you arrive, please be prepared to complete all insurance and health information forms. We ask that you fill out several forms that will get you acquainted with our office. Also, please assist us by providing the following information:

Below is our New Patient Package that you will need to complete on your first visit. You can expedite matters by downloading the package, completing it at home and handing it to our staff when you arrive for your initial visit to our office.
It is our goal to provide the highest quality dental treatment in a relaxed and professional atmosphere with due regard for the concerns and desires of each and every patient. We will continually pursue techniques and technologies that will enhance our practice and benefit our patients. We desire to practice the highest code of professional conduct and endeavor to magnify our profession by performing the practice of dentistry to our highest level of excellence.
Additionally, we will submit all insurance claims for you. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.

Amazing people, from the front desk to the back, who all truly care and always have a smile! Have been going for years but I was in a wreck with some teeth damage and they made sure I was seen and treated promptly which was so very appreciated and gave me peace of mind that I needed.

I have been with Jeansonne and Spillers for about 13 years now. They have always gone above and beyond for their customers!! They support military and they know how to work with the military insurance to make for a smooth appointment and billing to be accurate at all times. I couldn't see myself and my family going anywhere else in Gonzales!!
