Dr. Jay and staff (Kari, Kellie & Tarah) are all excellent to work with. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone looking for an orthodontist to consider going there.

After a recommendation from a friend we changed from our previous orthodontist to Dr. Jay and I am so thankful!! The first orthodontist did not expand my son's palate enough so now Dr. Jay is fixing what could have been done right the first time. I appreciate that he did not bad mouth anyone just explained why it didn't work and made a plan moving forward. Every step is explained very thoroughly and nothing is done without my understanding and approval. Dr. Jay and his staff are very welcoming as well as patient and understanding. Lastly his goal is not to become rich off of one patient so his prices are well below the other local orthodontists while providing more comprehensive care.

I can not praise this office enough. I have an overly nervous very sensitive 9 year old son Damen, and Jay went above and beyond to explain things to him and take it as slow as Damen needed him to. He is always patient in answering my never-ending questions and explaining things to me in a way I can understand. I'm so blessed and grateful we were recommended there, and I will forever be recommending everyone to him!

Dr Jay is fabulous. We have been visiting him for 7 years. The last three years for my daughter's braces. We saw him as consultation for 4 years leading up to knowing she would eventually have to have them. She got her braces off yesterday. Her smile has always been amazing but even more so now! He really takes his time explaining everything and has always been great with her! So lucky to have found him! Don't hesitate to call him up with any dental concerns!

My family is very thankful for Jay Orthodontics. Our overall experience with my daughter Bella getting her braces has been awesome since day one. The patient assessment was friendly and very informative. The office staff there is also one of the best I have interacted with. My daughters smile is excellent. I recommend Dr Justin Jay Orthodontics 100%!

My son just finished his treatment to correct a crossbite. Dr. Jay thoroughly explained the process and was very upfront with the time frame and cost to complete. He was very affordable and his staff was top notch. I cannot recommend him enough. Five star service indeed.

I can not say enough about Dr. Jay. My son got his tooth knocked out at a nightclub on a Saturday night. We made a call to Dr. Jay within 10 minutes he had returned our call and was headed to his office to meet us. His willingness to meet us at 1030 p.m on a Saturday to try and save my son's tooth is going above and beyond. We can not thank him enough for his willingness and generosity he has shown us. So far so good on the tooth rerooting itself.

Couldn't be happier with the treatment my son's have received at Jay Orthodontics. Dr. Jay and staff always friendly and upbeat making us feel welcome. Dr. Jay goes out of his way to explain to thoroughly explain the process before treatment begins and he takes the time to explain where we are at in the process as we go along. Dr. Jay is always upfront about what is possible and what the expectations are.

When my dentist told me that it was time for braces, my parents took me to a couple Orthodontist throughout the Sylvania/Toledo area. I, as the patient, wasn't feeling any good vibes so I asked my parents if we could check out a couple more. Once I sat down with Dr. Jay to talk about my situation I knew it was the place for me. Dr. Jay spoke to me and explained everything in a way I could understand . I personally recommend Dr. Jay and am so happy I chose him to be my Orthodontist.

Dr. Jay has done an amazing job on my daughter's teeth. She now has a beautiful smile. He is also treating my son. I have complete confidence that my son will have a smile just as awesome as my daughters!

My daughter had a very complicated case. She has high anxiety and I often worried about treatment. The staff and Dr. Jay made her very comfortable and provided a laid back atmosphere that allowed her to relax. Dr. Jay explained everything in terms she and I could understand. She needed two surgeries to assist with his work and he even has seen her on the weekend and talked with me on a Sunday. He was confindent (not cocky) about his ability to save her teeth and completed her treatment ahead of the original timeline. I brought her brother to assess his mouth for potential issues and he proposed he have two baby teeth removed (his dentist did not recommend anything after X-rays two months prior). Dentist agreed and we have Dr. Jay to thank. He is the best :)

Dr. Jay and his staff are the best of the best! He told me I not only needed braces, but I needed to have jaw surgery to correct my bite, and have it done right, so I would not have future problems. He told me wanted I needed to hear, and not what I necessarily wanted to hear. (What every other orthodontics that I had consultations with was doing.) After surgery he and his staff were so kind to send me flowers while in the hospital recovering, and called me often to see how I was doing. Its been almost a year later after surgery, and having my braces off, and it has been a dream come true! I am not self conscious when I smile, and has even improved how I can bite, eat and chew. Dr.Jay and his character, and excellence shows in the outcome of his patients! If you are looking for orthodontics go here, you will not be disappointed!!! I have been blessed to find Dr. Jay and his staff they are the best!!!
