Dr J Epstein Dental office is located conveniently on Western Ave. in Lynn. Lisa and her front office staff are very helpful regarding insurances. They will walk you through the unknown path. My dentist NANCY EPSTEIN and her assistant MADDIE helped me through some very humbling and difficult procedures with such professionalism. I am highly recommending this Dental Office. FIVE STARS PLUS

I have had some great experiences with my dentist in the Boston area. However, I recently moved to the North Shore and wanted an option that was close to home. This is a 2-5 minute drive from downtown Lynn and the staff is friendly, knowledge, and were able to accommodate a sudden chipped tooth. They had seen that my cleaning had been a bit delayed due to closures and they were also able to get it done. I worked with Maddy and Dr. Nancy and they were so personable. I had a professional job done while having a few laughs along the way. I would urge anyone looking for a great dentist to give them the opportunity. The only regret I have is that there wasn't an opportunity to ask Maddy for her phone number. She was so interesting and funny. Anyhow, I reiterate, great dental service.

I don't know what to say when I make my first call . They pick up my call than they hang me up without saying a word. It must be my bad day.

Your response to my review is a lie and I have other previous patients that can attest to the environment of that office. The entire event was recorded on my cellphone. if you would like me to it to the news stations as I stated in the office, or make it go viral I would love to do so. Have several seats.

As a new patient, Dr. Epstein and his assistant Carol were unbelievable. I just can't say enough about how good it went. I've been to several Dentists over the years but I'll never go anywhere else again. He did such excellent work on a bad cavity/broken tooth, with such nice and personable staff, I can easily say he's the best Dentist I've ever been to. I'll be going to Dr. Epstein from here on out. Great people, great work. Thanks to everyone in the office. -Joe Holey Lynn, MA

Today was my first visit. Every person in the office was wonderful, so welcoming and professional.Dr. Joseph is kind and thorough. I am so happy to know that I have a great dentist office for my dental care.

I believe that Joy a dental hygenist does an amazing job.Dr.Wren makes you feel very calm and is a fantastic dentist.They are very thoughtful and caring.I am very pleased and happy with the staff at Jay Epstein office.

Everyone who works at Dr. Epstein's office is always very pleasant. My hygienist Joy who does a great job is kind and makes me feel comfortable, knowing how much I dislike getting any dental procedure done.

This office was great I was greeted by Natalie who was super nice and Joy was my hygienist who was super friendly and took care of my teeth while her neighbor coworker Debbie made me feel welcomed and was also really nice. All around great experience.

Jay is an amazing dentist! He's provides fast, painless, and efficient treatment. Ive tried many different dentists and Dr. jay Epstein and his office staff are the only ones who ever made me feel right at home. Like I am family. Carol is amazing as well! Super friendly and ready to help you and answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend this place!

I used to dread going to the dentist... Not since coming to Dr. Epstein's! All of the staff is super friendly and helpful. Deb the dental hygienist is my go to she is the best and keeps my teeth sparkling clean :) highly recommend!

Excellent patient care! Great environment and teamwork between all staff members! Very family friendly, the practice is respectful of all ages and able to accommodate everyone. Would highly recommend!
