Financial We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
Dr. Bass grew up in Southside Virginia and is a second generation dentist. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Information Technology and Management from Virginia Tech and his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry. Dr. Bass joined the practice in 2008 and has been the practice owner since 2011.
Dr. Basss wife Robin is also a graduate of Virginia Tech. They have a son and a daughter, Addison and Jillian, and live in Blacksburg. Dr. Bass is an avid Virginia Tech athletics fan. Away from the office, Dr. Bass enjoys time with his family, water sports, golfing, fishing, and exercising.
Memberships include the American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association, Southwest Virginia Dental Society, the Academy of Sports Dentistry, and the International Dental Implant Assosiation. Dr. Bass is the official 'Team Dentist' for the Virginia Tech athletic department.
Dr. Bass enjoys taking advanced courses to enhance his ability to deliver exceptional care, including classes on oral infection, implants, dental lasers, and restorative dentistry. Dr. Bass values the personal side of dentistry and takes great pride in serving people with honesty and compassion.
Dr. Mansdoerfer grew up in Northern Virginia and is glad to be a 'transplant' here in the NRV. She received her undergraduatedegree in Human Nutrition Foods and Exercise Science from Virginia Tech, and a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry in 2015. She completed a General Practice Residency at the Carilion Clinic focusing on medically compromisedpatients and operating room procedures.
Dr. Mansdoerfer met her husband at Virginia Tech in the marching band, the Marching Virginians. They love watching Hokie football with their friends and family. When it is time to relax, Dr. Mansdoerfer and her family like to spend time at the beach and have recently taken up scuba diving.
