Jay Lynn White, D.D.S., P.C. was born and raised in Stephens County. He graduated from Duncan High School in 1991. Dr. White married Michelle Sullivan of Duncan, Oklahoma on June 10, 1995. They have two daughters, Katelyn born in 2000 and Jillian born in 2001.
Dr. White received his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Oklahoma State University in 1996. He then attended The University of Oklahoma where he received his Oklahoma Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS) in 2001.
