Update: I have had the most horrific pain for the last week. Dr Khan's and staff were so unbelievably kind to get me. I fell asleep in pain and woke up to nothing. He was so thorough, gentle and experienced, I felt at ease just being there. Day two: and I can tell you I am pain free. He is the only Oral Surgeon, I will ever go too. We took my daughter for a procedure, and the staff was professional, knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. Dr Khan was professional, and very kind. My daughter was immediately put to ease about the upcoming procedure. We were very pleased with our experience and recommend him highly to anyone who needs an oral surgeon.

I wanted to share my great experience! First off Dr. Kahn is awesome. The office staff is wonderful too. I was so nervous about my procedure then after I had basically an anxiety attack in the lobby they still kept a very positive attitude. My anxiety was more related to this upcoming storm. I knew I was in good hands. They were very accommodating and in my opinion went above and beyond to make me feel at ease . My procedure was put on hold thankfully and I was so very grateful.

Dr. Khan service is impeccable. He explains the procedure, takes his time to ensure you understand. He provides affordable treatment plans. About 8 years ago Dr. Khan removed teeth and he called me later in the evening to check on me. Years later I needed treatment and choose to travel for his service. I highly recommend Dr. Khan

Zane Khan IS A DISHONEST, DECEITFUL AND UNTRUSTWORTHY!!!! It frankly causes me sadness and displeasure to write this review since I am a doctor working for VA Hospital. However, my moral duty and ethical beliefs compel me to inform and protect the public. My treatment plan and cost for tooth numbers 14 and 15 from this deceitful man were $8714.00 and my responsibilities were $5151.60. This deceitful man is a network provider for my insurance plan. I perceived that this deceitful man was trying to do many unnecessary procedures thereby I sought additional opinions to confirm this suspicion. I went with another Oral Surgeon listed in my insurance plan. The proper treatment and costs for tooth numbers 14 and 15 were $2900.00 and my responsibilities were $1600.00. Big difference!!! This deceitful man's modus operandi is that he comes across as kind with a soft- spoken personality and he gives you his mobile number. That is just a show! This deceitful man is money hungry and trying to swindle and cheat you with unnecessary procedures and put your health at risk. That is exactly what he was trying to do to me and he had the audacity to say "you are my colleague and I will take care of you". Please seek a second opinion before choosing this deceitful man " Zane Khan" !!! Reply: You sound like a used car salesman trying to promote your unnecessary procedures. You did not even mention about tooth number 15 (second molar) in your reply, because you lied about it. You said number 14 and 15 each have 50% grinding power in order for you to obtain more unnecessary procedures. In fact, tooth number 15 has only 15 % grinding power and tooth number 14 did not need a bone graft. We went to one of the most reputable group practices in town. In this practice the oral surgeons are dentists and medical doctors (DDS and MD) and they have the state of the art technology. Since we are doctors in the community they provided us with the utmost respect and they were baffled with your treatment plan and cost ($8700 versus $2900). We let the Public, Florida Dental Board and Department of Health and Human Services decide that you need to be reprimanded.

I and my son have had procedures here and the experiences have been phenomenal!!! The Dr. and the staff are amazing!!! Very hard to find unfortunately!!! Highly recommend!!!

Was told he was the best Oral surgeon in town and he did not disappoint. Made me feel calm and followed up after surgery to make sure everything was going ok.

Starting off, Dr Kahn came highly recommended and it showed in his consult with my son. But the office staff is nothing more than car salespeople. Scamming patients by charging them full fee regardless of in network provider status and insurance coverages. Their office tried to throw in "opt-in/opt-out" treatments for removal of 2 erupted wisdom teeth. They have no office manager and it shows. Their deceptive billing practices is fraudulent and it doesn't matter. Think twice before going here. They refused to do a pre-determination and send to insurance company then used a scare tactic that it will take 30-60 days. They initially refused to bill the exam, said they verified benefits and it wasn't covered, then when mentioned of the fraud, they filed the claim. I had already paid for the exam and so did the insurance company as it was, in fact, covered. Then they refuses to file a complete claim to insurance, stating they need "clean billing" and that the patient must file a claim for reimbursement. Despite items being covered on the insurance benefits. Insurance company provided information for a fraud complaint along with suggesting to contact the state agency to handle this type of fraud complaint. Its unfortunate that a good dentist overall first impression is often the last due to fraudulent staff. If you are a federal employee or military, go elsewhere, they will surely scam you.

I have always hated to have anything done to my teeth because of the pain I always feel! I needed a broken molar tooth that had to come out and zI was so scared! He made me feel like I was his only patient and promised me he would take care of me and get me out of pain! Before I knew it is was out and I hardly felt anything! He was so gentle and the staff was wonderful! They went over everything that was going to be done and how much it was! They were all GREAT!

My college son was in severe pain and needed all 4 of his impacted wisdom teeth extracted immediately! Not being from the area and with no refences, we chose Dr. Khan blindly and based solely on previous reviews. Unable to accompany him I was a nervous wreck, but from the1st phone call I knew we had found the right place. Jessica, in the front office, was amazing and assured me they would take care of him. An emergency appointment was booked the next day for the consultation and procedure. I was conferenced in on the consultation and they explained, in detail, what needed to be done and the cost. Everything went exactly as explained and he was at the beach and pain free in less than 48 hours. This is without the use of any narcotics, as my son is an athlete, and was only allowed to taker Ibuprofen800. Jessica even followed up with a letter to his coach medically clearing him for practice. Although I've never met Dr. Khan or been in the office, I highly recommend JAX OMS and the entire staff to take care of any dentals needs, especially those of a clueless kid who waits until its an emergency situation to mention his mouth hurts.

Absolutely amazing oral surgeon. He just makes you feel calm. If I had any questions he called me personally every time. I had a five hour procedure done and he is the best. I can't say enough about him and his office. If you need any oral surgery I would only go to him.

Dr. Khan is excellent. His gentle demeanor was calming, and he patiently answered all my questions. He performed a complicated extraction within seconds and I felt absolutely no pain, and minimal pressure. I have to say it felt miraculous. And I have had zero pain in the days since the extraction. I haven't needed any pain relievers whatsoever. I can't recommend Dr. Khan highly enough. Thank you!
