Dr. Javidan received her dental degree from Northwestern University Dental School in 1998. She then served in the National Health Service Corps at the Cherry Street Dental Clinic in Grand Rapids, Michigan, for two years, where she emphasized on pedodontic dentistry and oral surgery patient care. During this time Dr. Javidan was active in the community offering dental screenings to the local grade schools and presentations on the high school level.
She then joined a private practice, Dental Care Partners in Cleveland, Ohio, offering a wide array of general dental services, emphasizing on endodontics and cosmetic dentistry. During her private practice she attended classical literature and current literature classes on a volunteer basis at Case Western University, Endodontics department.
In 2002 Dr. Javidan enrolled at Loma Linda University for her advanced endodontic training. She worked under her mentors Drs. Mahmoud Torabinejad and Shahrokh Shabahang to perform research on Mineral Trioxide Aggregate and surgical techniques.
Dr. Javidan has published articles in the Journal of Endodontics on pulp capping techniques and surgical endodontics. She has presented on the Direct and indirect techniques of using MTA for pulp-capping at the Southern California Academy of Endodontics. She has also worked on seminars and meetings to educate the new endodontic techniques at Loma Linda University.
Dr. Javidan is a member of the American Association of Endodontics, the North California Academy of Endodontists, the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the Mid-Peninsula Dental Association.
Dr. Javidan is dedicated to providing quality patient care using state of the art equipment and techniques. She believes in strong communication and teamwork with patients and their general dentists to ensure optimal care.Outside of the officeshe enjoys spending time with herhusband and 18 year old son.

Unbelievable. They let me watch Netflix during surgery. Never had that before. TV is on the ceiling. Doctor Javidan asked me something during the root canal surgery, I didn't hear what she said and feel confused. Then she turned up the volume of the TV so I realized she was asking me if I can hear the TV. Unbelievable. Honestly I selected my favorite show on Netflix but it's kind of a noisy show. However, the doctor still turned up the volume because she hopes I can have a good time, being able to watch my favorite show during the surgery. And then she gave me some snacks in case the post-surgery pain killers frustrate my stomach. Just got surgery done today. Process so satisfying. Doctor Javidan so nice. She's so nice to everyone. She explained everything to me even when I have a small question. Wow. Unbelievable. This place really deserve more 5 star reviews.

What? Who gets on Google to do a review for an endodontist? Probably means something really stands out!!! From the moment I entered this building, I felt welcomed, cared FOR and cared ABOUT. Cecile is the beautiful Queen manning a space with 7 phones. THIS IS THE MOMENT I KNEW I WAS IN THE RIGHT PLACE:. CECILE WAS JUGGLING EVERYTHING COMING AT HER LIKE A BOSS, yet she greeted me in a way that felt like concierge service. I have a strong aversion to dentists in general, and endodontists in particular. I was introduced to Dr. Koh. Something about his voice was hypnotic, a miracle happened: I fell asleep during the procedure. Something never experienced. Don't believe me? Wait until you bring your infected roots to this man.... he'll twirl your molar and have you out the door before you know it. I returned in a couple weeks to complete the process. This is where the eponymous owner of Javidan Endodontics finished me off. Her presence is commanding. No fuss. No problems. No more nerve pain in my jaw and face. I did see smoke coming out of my mouth once. LoL. If I ever require another root canal, absolutely where I'm going.

NOT even a call back. My root canal retreatment by Dr J failed (never cleared of infection) Super desperate I ended up at a local recommended Sunnyvale Indian dentist who sympathized and charged me only $700 plus the crown (all completed in-house). Not a glamorous office but quality work and a caring staff. A partial refund would be in order for a failed procedure or at least a call back. Stick to Endodontists that are experienced and stand by their work and acknowledge mistakes and always try to do right

I have had a great experience so far with Javidan Endodontics, in particular, Dr. Ko. Dr. Ko is highly professional, patient and friendly. I feel comfortable and relaxed during the procedures. Thank you, Dr. Ko, and your great assistants! Kudos to April, who is always on top of things, scheduling appointments and managing insurance. Appointments are always on time. I highly recommend Dr. Ko.

If you see 5-star reviews here, be sure they're all fake reviews. The Javidan Endodontics is a wrong place to go in all aspects. I'll update my review with all details but just wanted to put here for now to warn people like me that make decision based on seeing 5-star reviews. Any way, If you have to go this place, CHECK every details (pricing, in-network doctors, ...) with you insurance before. The people working there, are NOT honest.

Dr. Javidan did amazing job on my broken teeth. I needed a root canal, and she took care of that without any pain (neither while I was in her office nor when I came home). She is not only a Professional endodontics but also very knowledgeable, caring and friendly. She knows what she is doing and wants to make sure everything is going to be done perfectly. As someone who's been deathly afraid of all things dental I think the top was probably a root canal. But after my first a month ago I was actually really excited for my second to happen sooner rather than later! My phobia is completely gone thanks to their excellent handling. Dr. Javidan explains what she's doing and this was just like getting a cavity taken care of! It's really that simple!

Had the best experience possible at a dental professional with Dr Javidan and her assistant Melissa. Dr Javidan left no stone unturned when faced with a problem that was difficult to diagnose. She was always able to see me promptly, organized additional CT scans and procedures, and coordinated with the oral surgeon for dental work I eventually needed. You really feel like you're on the same team with Dr Javidan - I can't recommend her enough!

Dr Javidan and her staff were amazing. I had been putting off a chronic sensitive tooth issue for over a year. Quick and easy to get an appointment and very caring and gentle procedure. Two days later I'm not sure why I didn't have this taken care of sooner. I especially appreciated how she explained what she was likely to find and what the options would be in a very easy to understand, but detailed, manner.

After walking away from another endodontics (Bay Area endodontics) office previous day, was able to reach out to Dr Javidan in Palo Alto. Day and night in patient treatment, comforting in pain, providing detailed explanation by showing X-ray of root canal teeth whether extraction or root canal is suitable choice. I would definitely recommend Dr Javidan without any hesitation. Her office is across Dr Scott Pyon's office (general dentist) on Cambridge ave, and both are great doctors with focus on patient first not money.

Dr. Javidan is a fantastic professional. She really knows what she is doing and really cares about the patient. I had a wonderful experience having a root canal done with her. The clinic is also amazing and I loved the fact that she scheduled another visit in six months just to check that everything is fine. I will absolutely recommend Dr. Javidan practice!

1st experience with Endodontics. Referral by my Dentist requesting consult for a root canal. TERRIFIED! Dr. Javidan is Incredible. Her professional staff quickly took my dental history. Dr. Javidan reviewed it, examined my teeth, developed a treatment plan, then described in detail. I appreciate her knowledge and genuine concern for her patients. I am actually looking FORWARD to a root canal! Honestly. When have you ever heard that before?
