Dr. Javadis post-graduate training took him to TUFTS School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts where he spent a year in residency. His residency consisted of hospital dentistry for the underprivileged, which encompassed numerous hours of dental surgery with well- known, and highly accomplished Oral Surgeons and Dental Anesthesiologists.
Dr. Javadi holds over 8 years of diverse clinical experience. With an unyielding quest for knowledge, he is dedicated to staying on top of the latest techniques and resources to provide the absolute best care for his patients. To stay proficient with new advancements in dentistry; he attends numerous continuing education courses and has joined several study groups. Dr. Javadi has completed residency courses with Nobel Biocare in advanced Implantology and soft/hard tissue reconstruction. His areas of special interest span from cosmetic dentistry and full-mouth rehabilitation, to Pediatric and Orthodontics, Endodontics, Oral Surgery and Implant dentistry. He enjoys interacting with his patients and places their oral health in the highest regard. As a result, he is dedicated to promoting preventive care.
Dr. Javadi practiced general dentistry in Tempe, Arizona for the past 6 years before relocating to San Diego in May of 2010 when he purchased his private practice now called Javadi Smiles. The focus of his practice is Uncompromised Family Dentistry with an emphasis on exceptional customer service throughout the patient experience. Dr. Javadi is committed to each patient he meets and thrives on serving his community for better dental health by providing excellent dental care with the support of a compassionate well-trained team.
Linda has over 15 years of experience in the dental field. She is a graduate of San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. She really feels a sense of satisfaction when she can help patients understand their treatment needs and wants, find a way to afford them, and schedule them accordingly.
Rey graduated from Concorde Career College in 2009 with a degree in dental assisting. Rey has been with Javadi Smiles since it began its journey in 2011. He is a very optimistic person who loves every aspect of dental care.
Natallia received her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Missouri in Kansas City in 2011. She is passionate about dentistry and values preventative care. Her goal is to help patients enjoy healthier, happier smiles by using her knowledge, skills, and experience.
Hanan received her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from SDSU and Bachelor of Science in Hygiene from Southwestern College. She has been in dentistry for over seven years and loves being a hygienist because it gives her an opportunity to educate patients about their oral health. She finds it very rewarding to see that she can contribute in health promotion through education and treatment.
Sherry believes that our smile is our best accessory. Assisting people to have healthier smiles has been extremely rewarding for her. Sherry also enjoys interacting with patients and caring for them. The advancement in the field of dentistry is exciting for her. On her free time, Sherry works with young adults and children at her church by helping the less fortunate in the community. Sherry also enjoys swimming and kayaking.

I called today because of my wisdom toothe and was able to have Dr. Javadi see me an hour after my call. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Javadi is one of the best Dentist out there and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients.

I was referred to this office by a friend while having an emergency. I called the office and was offered an appointment within the hour. They office was clean, the staff was professional and friendly with state of the art equipment. The doctor was very knowledgeable, gentle and explained in detail my options. My insurance was not in effective until the next month, but the office offered me information about a 12 month dental plan for a small fee that assist in reducing your out of pocket cost, what a life saver as It turned out I needed a root canal. I was scheduled the next day. I am forever greatful and have referred my sister. GREAT OFFICE!!

First let me start with his administration team. They were super sweet and welcoming. They even shown me options of the type of care I can receive according to my dental insurance. Then the young man that took my X-ray saw that I was anxious and he gave me his stress tooth ball to use. Dr. Smiles and his assistant were amazing and patient with me. He is very kind and kept making sure I was comfortable and not in too much pain during my tooth extraction. Thank you so much I came into his office in pain and left relieved I no longer have to worry about the tooth. I have never had a dentist be so kind and caring. Thank you once again for your service.

Truthfully speaking Javadi Smiles dentistry's went above and beyond. Im visiting and had an emergency dental crisis, right away they saw me and fixed the issue. Dr Javadi truly cares for his patients, and makes it as painless as possible. Staff was amazing the office was clean . Definitely recommend for any and all dental.

Staff is very friendly. They made an effort to make me feel comfortable during my service adding a pillow to my chair, a stress ball for me to hold (I was nervous) and just conversation to get to me relaxed. During a conversation we discussed pumpkin patches during my service (as much as you can talk while getting dental work done)They went over above by writing down a name of a specific pumpkin patch for me to remember. This is definitely my new dentist. Highly recommend.

Hands down the best dentist experiences I have ever had were at Javadi Smiles of La Mesa. I have moved around the country for the last few years and was also nervous about going to a new dentist. Dr. Javadi, Linda, and everyone else I interacted with made every visit calming and informative. Had a crown crack while I was visiting in town and they squeezed me in quickly to assess and helped me to patch it until I can get home to see my regular dentist. The staff was super friendly and the dentist was great.
