If I could give no stars I would! Tried to take my 9 year old son today to get his tooth looked at because it was causing him pain. The lady in the front office was completely rude and out of line! They first told me that my insurance wasn't any good (which was a lie because I've had the same insurance for 5 years!) so they denied him right there instead of trying to fix the problem. After I call my insurance to find out what I already knew, my insurance is still active. Come to find out they had my sons birthday wrong. After going back and forth about my insurance because she had to call them 4 times, and she was aggravated. She then tells me that they doctor still is not going to see my son that I just need to take him somewhere else! I've never had an issue with this dentist until now. They need people that actually care and do what they get paid to do which is help the patients! Needless to say none of my kids are going back there, and I hope no one else has to deal with this kind of treatment from the front desk staff over the insurance.

We are new to the area and needing to find new doctors and dentist. I am so happy that i choose Jasper Pediatrics. Everyone was so very nice and helpful!

I can't even begin to describe how amazing this place was with my 3 year old boy for his first trip to the dentist! The ladies there are the sweetest most patient people I have ever met. Definitely reccommend them!

My child is always happy going in and coming out from their office. They are the best dentist office ive ever seen with children.

I absolutely love this office. They are so good with all of my grandchildren. The kids are always ready to get their checkup and cleaning. Terrific dentist and staff.

If you have children with special needs, or just have compassion for others, do not use Jasper Pediatric Dentistry or Katie White, "DMD." She advertises as a pediatric dentist, but does not show any form of patience for children with behavioral issues or special needs. Instead of making your frightened child feel comfortable and welcome when visiting her office, she will belittle and scold them, contributing to an overall traumatizing experience for you and especially your child. Honestly, your child might have a better experience if you did it yourself. Do not use this dentist.

My 6 year old child had a very traumatizing experience at this office. She was scared to have her teeth cleaned and instead of trying to make her feel welcome or try to calm her down the "DMD" scolded her and told her that she would not see her again with her acting like that. Little did the DMD know that my child has a severe developmental delay. If you do not have the patience for young children please do not advertise as a "pediatric dentist".

We love the staff at jasper Pediatric dentistry! Our hygienist today was so so sweet! They make your visit personable, but swift as possible. With a 5 and 2 year old that helps out a lot!! Highly recommend.

My daughter loves going to the dentist at Jasper Pediatric. The staff there are so nice and are very good at making her comfortable. They come out and get my daughter and she goes back with them by herself (without me) and she's never nervous at all! After they are done with her they come out and tell me how it went and what they did or need to do later, such as fillings. So they are great to keep me totally informed of everything and always are super nice and answer all my questions. This place is great!

My 2 year old son had his first dental visit today! I was nervous and didn't know how well he would do, but all the staff & Dr. Katie were super friendly, patient & so good with him! I'm so glad we came to Jasper Pediatric Dentistry & I highly recommend them!

Love this place and the workers! My 7 year old loves it. And my almost 3 year old was nervous today but they were so kind! When my youngest turns 1 we will be going.

My family has used Jasper Pediatric Dentistry for years....it's an hour away for us, but worth the drive from the Shoals. We're a family with Special Needs kids and haven't ever been disappointed with work or care given. Everyone goes above and beyond for us and they're super friendly. Wonderful and well worth our drive!

Great experience! They got us in for an appointment very quickly and all of the staff were very kind and helpful. My daughter, who is 7, and has previously had a very traumatic dental experience at a different dental facility in another town went back by herself without me due to Covid restrictions and she came out so very excited and said they were very nice and "made her feel like such a big girl". Peace of mind for a mom to hear! Thanks so much!

I took my son for his very first dental appointment and it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and answered all of my questions. Would definitely recommend!
