6 months ago They said I was needing 2 filling and 3 crowns and maybe a root canal. I went to another dentist for a second opinion and He said NO. No crowns. But, I decided to have a third opinion and I did my treatment in my country because my dentist over there is always trying to do the best for my teeth, money is not the more important thing. He is very professional and He is always saying It is not about the money, it is about the best decision for you teeth. After all, I have No crowns and no root canals. Only I needed 5 fillings and now my teeth are healthy and looking good. Today after my cleaning appointment the dentist said everything was looking good but I was needing a few x rays. It was for the yearly routine, you know. Well, after they did it, they said I was still needing the treatment. Wait.... What? And why? I said: sorry but I did everything I needed on my mouth in my country and my teeth are healthy and I don't need anything else. Really? They are seeing a healthy teeth, but they want to do the expensive treatment. If you have a good insurance plan, they don't care if you have healthy teeth, you need to do any very expensive procedure to use your insurance.

I had a tooth pulled last week. I was VERY anxious about it. A very large man with massive hands came into the room and my anxieties grew. I envisioned the worse. I thought, "This can't be the doctor . . ." He was great! At the end he told me that people called him the "Gentle Giant." I can understand why. I felt nothing and the actual extraction took under a minute to perform. I really have had no pain. I am very appreciative of the care I received.

After leaving my initial review poor review, I received a second bill in the mail. This time it was half of the original cost they assessed me for. Weird how that happened after I left a 1 star review. After digging deeper, it seems like they have a history of trying to charge people more than dental procedures are worth. Dental website reviews include patients who have needed bone grafts from poor work, and others who have been scammed out of thousands when nothing was wrong with their teeth. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. THE SERVICE IS A BAD AS THIS PLACE LOOKS ON THE OUTSIDE. Broken signage, letters falling off the building, lights that don't work. There are signs all over the office asking for google reviews, it's because of the negative aspects of the business they'd like to hide. Find another dental office!!

First time going there had a broken tooth the hygienist the people upfront the billing everything was fantastic they took me on time very friendly had a solution that makes sense and extremely fair price definitely going back there as my permanent dentist

I've been a patient at Jasper Dental for about 8 years. They've always treated me well and I've been very pleased. Nice office, never keep you waiting. Peter (hygienist) is awesome! Best cleaning I've ever had anywhere. As long as he's there, I'll keep coming back.

IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD Went in for a routine cleaning. Told them I had new insurance and was waived away- "we already got you". Okay I thought. I went back and had the cleaning, no problem. We schedule a follow up. They billed my old insurance. I get a bill in the mail for several hundred dollars. Go in for the follow up and give them the new card, explaining the bill I received. I give them my new card and they're immediately confused. 3-4 office workers are all running around and can't seem to figure out the issue. They don't take my new insurance at all. They're confused angrily discussing me within earshot. When the office manager comes out she's extremely angry, immediately raises her voice with me. "I would never believe what you're telling me, my employees would check, the bill is your fault". I walked out mid conversation. I'm now stuck with a bill from an insurance company I no longer have because they didn't do their jobs. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, terrible management!!! Great dentists and hygienists but you better have private insurance or a pocket full of cash. EXPECT EVERY OFFICE WORKER TO TALK DOWN TO YOU, THEY WILL ACT AS THOUGH THEY CANNOT MAKE MISTAKES. Find a better dentist!!

Everyone from the front desk to the dental associates were extremely friendly, thorough, and caring. Very upfront and knowledgeable from costs to care. I feel confident moving forward on up coming procedures!
