I had my initial visit to Dr. Gordon's office this morning. From the time I entered,nothing but good vibes. Veronica, the dental secretary,is so pleasant and efficient. She keeps the patient area running like a well oiled machine! The dental technician was so mannerable and gentle when taking x-rays and cleaning my teeth. And for the piece de resistance I had Dr. Salpeter who made his assessment of my teeth, completed some fillings and painlessly removed the root of a broken tooth! I've never had a better dental experience. I was referred to Dr. Gordon's office by my niece. Totally thanful for the recommendation!

Haven't been to the dentist in years due to dental-phobia. I had a discolored tooth and needed major cleaning. A friend recommended this dentist. I called and got a quick appointment. They were all very kind, professional and caring. The dentist Jason R. Gordon who did my work is the best Dentist I ever had so I will be going back, and recommending him to everyone.

I've been going to Dr gordon for over ten years. Before covid wait time was minimal. And he was working alone. Now he hired an extra doctor and wait time is 2 hours or longer. Went to be evaluated for tooth pain. They did X-rays and said they will Put the authorization in for root canal. I went back two times to see him and both times I waited 2 hours and left because I had another appointment. So I decided to go to someone else and they told me I don't have a cavity in the tooth that's bothering me. It's bone loss that is occurring that may be causing the pain you are experiencing. Let me send you to specialist to make sure before we proceed with root canal. Dr Gordon never even told me none of this. Which I find strange. I witness him sitting in front,answering phones, chit chatting and helping the Secratary with billing. Really during appointments times. Smh. That's why you have a secretary. Will not be returning to this office. He doesn't have a consideration for his patients and the fact that we wait long hours just to be seen. Not sure if his scheduling needs to be altered to accommodate his patients. Something has to be done to make the wait time better. And making better diagnosis.

My experience with my dental visit to Dr Jason R Gordon was most satisfactory. He was concerned, caring and very helpful. Professionally he is thorough both with his findings and advise. One places oneself in competent hands of Dr Gordon for one's dental care. I would recommend him to all. A fine dentist.

I've been a patient for 7 years when I broke my two front teeth and Dr. Gordon repaired them. I always recommend family and friends here because the staff from the front office to Dr. Gordon himself are amazing. No frills and honest and good dentistry.

What a pleasant surprise! Because of Covid I had to change my insurance and my dentist for over 20 years in Manhattan who no longer takes it. It was a bit scary to venture to a new one in The Bronx. I walked into the office to inquire about coverage and at first sight I was not reassured: minimal reception area and slightly old looking. Then I spoke with Veronica, who was incredibly welcoming, nice, easy to talk to and set up the appointment for the visit. On the day of the appointment the wait was minimal and as soon as I filled out the new patient form I was led to a room by the technician who proceed to take x-rays in a very state of the art, standing one shot and the whole mouth gets done at once, machine. After we were done she took me to the chair and told me Dr. Gordon would be right in. He walked in, introduced himself and started talking to me in a way that put me at ease. I explained what the problem was, he looked at the x-rays and asked me to come to look at them with him. He proceed to explain, based on my explanation of symptoms and what he saw in the x-rays, the most likely problem and gave me 3 options for treatment without showing which way he was leaning. Once he did, I asked all the pertinent questions and based on his answers I decided to do absolutely nothing for the moment and he concurred with me. Even though I cannot attest to his working skills yet I have to say that I was impressed with the first meeting. Great job!
