I had an extraction and an implant here. Both operations were as simple and painless as possible. The staff was kind and answered any questions I had. Dr. Chandler explained the processes very well and even followed up personally to make sure I was feeling all right. Any apprehension I had for these operations was resolved by the staff and they both went perfectly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was appalled at our experience. I'm all about efficiently but this office has taken it to a whole new level. Less face time means more money in their pockets. Rather than talk to you face to face they play a video of dr chandler telling you all about the widsom teeth removal. It's a recording of him sitting in the room you are sitting in!! He doesn't care about talking to you face to face. IM NOT KIDDING a 15-20 min video about widsom teeth removal, the pain management, possible complications, we what to expect etc before, during and after surgery. ALL BEFORE MEETING MY SON. The video also included a 5 min montage giving their practice accolades. It was laughable and nauseating. And when dr chandler did come into meet my son he was so inpersonable. Never once called my son by his name, only BUD. Dr chandler kept referring back to the video if I had questions about it. I've worked in healthcare for 20 years and this was by far the worst patient physician experience I've ever had because they removed it from their process. My son was not your average case. When I went to get a second opinion, the treatment plan was one that was so much better for my son and saved him years of further dental work. I suggest rethinking your patient physician interaction to fit the needs of each patient individually.

Dr. Chandler performed two surgeries on my 8 year old son. Dr. Chandler was kind and patient with him, even taking time to provide my son with a note for the tooth fairy. He took his time with my husband and I as well, to make sure we understand both procedures, the desired outcomes and the risks. Most importantly, he did a great job on the surgery and my son recovered very well.

This is an unsolicited review. I have been practicing general family dentistry for 19 years now. Dr Chandler has taken great care of hundreds of my patients over the many years I have been referring to him. When it came time to have my own three children have oral surgery for their third molar removals, I trusted Dr. Chandler to do the work. All three were positive experiences. He is a skilled surgeon who I trust and refer to every day.

Dr. Jason Chandler is amazing. My son had his wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Chandler and it was such a good experience. Having never grown wisdom teeth myself, this was a whole new experience for me. Dr. Chandler is so knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me and make us feel at ease. My son has had little to no swelling and his pain has been minimal. He has been on ibuprofen only and has not required any narcotics. We opted for the PRP injection and I think it has worked wonders. The office staff was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Chandler and OMS of Utah.

My Daughter needed orthodontic jaw surgery. She plays basketball on a competition team, as well as the school team, and would not be able to play for three months. We had to get this surgery done in August, or she would have to wait another year .It took months to get it pre-authorized by our insurance, but it finally happened about a week before the date selected for the surgery. We had already been in for several apts to take measurements for the insurance company and to get ready for the surgery. We got a call from their office shortly after the surgery was authorized, and we were told we needed to come into their office one final time before the surgery. We were also told we would need to pay at least $1000.00 when we came in for the surgery. We had less than a week to come up with the money. When my wife Christie got to the office she explained to them we would be reimbursed $700.00 by our insurance company once they billed for it, and would bring it in as soon as we got it and could pay the other $300.00. The receptionist said it all had to be paid now or they would have to cancel the surgery. My wife pleaded with the women to work out payments with us as we did not have all of the money at this time. She said she would go back and talk to Dr. Jason Chandler. My wife waited in a room by herself, and called me to see if we could come up with the rest of the money right then somehow. I looked at every possibility and we just had no way to come up with the money that night. When the women came back she said the money had to be paid now or they would have to cancel the surgery which was only 5 days away. We were crushed. My daughter would now have to wait another year to get her braces off and get the surgery because of the small window we could get this done. The surgery was going to cost any where between $45,000 and $50,000, most of which would be payed by our insurance. Christie asked again if we could somehow work out payments for the $ 1000.00 they wanted that day, but we were turned down. My wife left in tears. I have delt with Dr. Chandler a few times because he took out my daughter's wisdom teeth in preparation for the Jaw surgery. I found him to be extremely arrogant, and very disconnected from his patients. My wife is the kindest person you will ever meet, and I can't believe how unsympathetic they were towards her. I hope this helps someone out there from making the huge mistake we made of trusting him and going to his office. I would never go back there again.
