Neeley grew up in El Reno and graduated from the University of Oklahoma in Dental Hygiene in 2012. She volunteers fro OKMOM and the Give Kids a Smile Program each year. Neeley resides in Yukon and is a member for First Christian Church. She enjoys spending time with her family and her boxer Stevie.
