If I can give 10 stars to Dr. Jason Bastida and his team I would. They are amazing! The reviews do not lie. I had a horrible experience with another dentist and I wanted a second opinion, I'm glad I picked this place. Superb customer service from the beginning of placing the appointment. Once I met with Dr. Jason, he was very transparent and straight to the point. Which is very hard to find nowadays. My experience with Dr. Jason has been phenomenal, answered any questions I had and even reached out via emails in between visits to see how I was healing from the root canal. Hard to find a great dentist nowadays, need a cleaning or just need a new dentist that you want to come back for years to come. Come here! You will not be disappointed. I can not stop talking about how great Dr. Jason is and I recommend him to everyone! The best in Jackson Heights and in Queens hands down!

Dr. Jason and his staff are so sweet and attentive! They really go above and beyond to make you feel taken care of and comfortable. Everyone always greets me with a smile in the office. Also the best dental cleaning I have ever had in my life. Thank you Dr. Bastida!

I was one of those who didn't know any good dentists in the area so I decided to trust all the good reviews on the internet and give it a try. I started with a cleaning and I told Dr. Jason about my concern of my wisdom teeth, Dr. Jason checked all my teeth and created a plan for me with all the steps, clear pricing, also how much my insurance can cover, how much I need to pay, etc. I enjoyed all the process and it wasn't painful at all! Also the whole team was really friendly and helpful. I got reminder emails every time before visit and it was easy to reschedule.

Had my wisdom teeth removed by another doctor, had a complication called Dry socket after removal and came to see Dr. Bastida. Not only did he take me in on a Saturday 5pm emergency visit but he took care of the problem and kept tabs on me as I recovered. Super grateful to the doctor and staff, would 100% recommend you see Dr. Bastida for any of your dental needs.

Dr. Bastida is caring and professional. He has excellent bedside manner, willing to accommodate me as best he can. I have always hated going to the dentist because it makes me nervous but I'm actually excited for my next cleaning!

I was really nervous about getting my chipped tooth fixed because other dentist wanted to shave my tooth down but Dr.Jason really made the experience hopeful for me. He was very understanding and trust worthy!! He was able to fix my chipped tooth and it looks natural as if it were my own!! I'm definitely static about the job he's done and I'm coming back for a cleaning!! He's the new dentist I trust from now on!

Excellent care all around. Staff is nice and Dr. Bastida is super friendly and explains everything very carefully. Had my wisdom teeth extracted and I appreciated him reaching out intermittently over text to check in during my recovery.

Highly recommend Dr. Jason Bastida. I have had such a good experience with him and his staff. He educates his patients on their diagnosis, treatment, and preventative care. He takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provide valuable advice. Definitely recommend!

Is always amazing service very quality of customer service and fantastic results. Dr. Jason and his team -- including Carlos and Jason -- attend to their patients with care and extra attention to detail. For example, Dr. Jason took the time to look over my file and get to know me. He had me use a firm but pleasant mouthwash, gave good advice on dental care, and thoroughly cleaned my teeth. I like the sunny area on the second floor, and the space feels open and inviting; I highly recommend Dr. Jason.

Great location, and absolutely awesome dentist. I have been looking for a dentist who knows how to communicate the costs and procedures that are being done with efficiency as most of us have met with dentists that run up your bill with unnecessary costs. With accuracy and honesty lacking in the dental world, with Dr. Bastida there have been no worries about what is being done, how long might it take, what are the costs of the procedure and the aftermath treatment/potential costs. In this location, utilizing technology to their advantage, you would be in-and-out, in no time. Also, it doesn't hurt to meet with smiling faces at the front desk, welcoming you in. For a good experience with a dentist who knows what's he's talking about, you would just to have to see it and experience for yourself.

Dr. Jason Bastida (Dr. Jason, as he goes by) is awesome! Very thorough, attentive, informative and friendly! He emailed and texted me after I got some fillings to make sure there wasn't any sensitivity. Both my husband and I give him 2 thumbs up! Update: I've been back a few times. Still very impressed by the attentiveness and care of the staff. The dental hygienist, Carlos, is fabulous, too! He explained the purpose of everything he was doing and I learned a few things I didn't know. This is by far the best dentist office I've been to in NYC.
