Another fantastic experience with another root canal. Lost count how many I have had but once again I was treated as if I was the only patient in the office! Thank you again for the entire staff taking care of me and my family!

My appointment was with one of the Dental Hygienists. It went quickly due to the tool used to clean my teeth. The hygienist was very friendly and frequently asked if I was comfortable during the cleaning. All the staff is friendly and concerned with the patients comfort. Dr. Armstrong has been my dentist since he started practicing.

I had an excellent experience at Dr.Armstrongs office!!! He gave me a brand new smile and I could not be happier. For the first time, I feel like smiling at everyone. My teeth look so good. The procedure was painless and It only took two visits. His staff explained all the detail in advance of my appointment. I knew exactly what I was going to be expected to pay and what Dr. Armstrong intended to do. Very possitive experience, I am getting told all the time now, how much younger i look with my new smile. I am so glad I went to him for my dental work and i would recommend Dr. Armstrong to anyone who wants quality work done.

Booked online. Then I was called and rescheduled by the dental hygienist so I could get a cleaning and exam done on the same day. The office kept the online appointment in the system and never booked that Nov 29 appointment. So now I had my work schedule adjusted for no reason. The receptionist told me that they don't use the internet to book appointments. They use it to offer "general availability" or whatever and then call people to reschedule. Which is against the policy of the website they were booking through (popular site that begins with "z") This office is deceptive and pulled a bait-and-switch. I would advise anybody looking for binding appointments to look elsewhere. I would rather let my teeth rot than get dental care here. If you are reading this ad, look at the nearby dentists with better reviews on Google. You'll save yourself the headache. Glad I dodged this bullet!

He is the king of root canals, how do you think he was able to afford his fancy office. He did a few root canals and crowns on me and they all went bad one way or another. He also messed up a root canal on my teenage daughter and she had to go to a specialist afterward to have it re-done. I learned the hard way, I wish there had been someone to warn me about him. All of my family and friends have stopped going there for the same reason.............the words root canal all seem to come out of his mouth.

I went to Dr. Armstrong for years. Then i took my 18 year old daughter for a cleaning. Dr said she need 3 CROWNS. She was very upset. We got a second opinion and it turns out all she needed was 1 filling. Now I wonder if so much work on my teeth were really necessary. Wish I would have gotten a second opinion years ago. BE CAREFUL FOLKS!

Awesome people the staff make you feel like family just all around good people. My daughter recommend me to them and I'm so glad she did. The doctor is very knowledgeable and dose very good work

Initially impressed but after two recent bad exchanges with Stacy over new insurance I am no longer a customer. I was told insurance sometimes won't let new customers use certain services immediately and instead of checking that I was left nasty messages about updating my insurance and screamed at on the phone by Stacy. Won't be coming back.

Even after writing down what was expected to be done on my teeth, the work was not finished. This happened twice before and is the reason I wrote what was to be done before agreeing to the price the last time. The staff there are very rude!!! I paid my bill and moved on. I am a retired teacher and do not recommend going to this office...it has ruined many of my days by making this bad choice!!

Always greet you with a smile, staff are always kind and welcoming. Dr. Armstrong and staff are wonderful and patient with my 4 children. Always accommodate my family of 6 for appointments on the same day.

Thank the dear lord for Dr Armstrong.!! Sir u saved my teeth, my pain and my stress. U r Dr Painless without any drugs other than usual novicane!!! My husband and I have gone to u for years, my husband longer as I'm bad, I admit it about taking care of my teeth. But u make it a more comfortable and PAINLESS experience than it has to b. Tyworth every penny and your staff is great. And u know I love Nicole u doll u!!!
