2 years ago I chipped a tooth. He said I needed a root canal for my tooth and Crown. I went to a another dentist and I only needed a filling. Yesterday I had this done. Get a second opinion before you have unwanted procedures

Here are my details: They charged me $1100 for a crown that my insurance paid part of ($427) and never refunded my money! I insure my step-daughter and nephew (both over the age of 18) and they billed my step daughter's balance for her crown to my account. My step daughter's mother is court ordered to pay her medical costs, but without my authorization put it on the balance of my account and used it for a kid I'm financially not responsible for. Very presumptuous in the age of blended families. In the past, Dental offices mailed back my refund. I've talk to this office at least 4 times, & never once did she try to make it right. The crown I was charged for, they submitted under my husband's name. He had that tooth removed as a teenager. You put a claim in for a crown on a tooth your patient doesn't have. Still no apologies. We asked to speak to the dentist directly without luck. If you want to babysit someone else doing their job instead of doing your own, I suggest you go here to waste all of your valuable time with family to spend countless evenings on the phone with either your insurance company and/or this dentist's office... #StillNtResolved

Everyone in the office is friendly. Clean, modern environment. I've been seeing Dr. Doerschuk for about 10 years. He is great at what he does and has good bedside manner!! Miss Amy is amazing with the kids. She did the first cleaning for both of my kids and she calmed any fear of the unknown. They had the best 1st experience at the dentist, thanks to her!

I have been to five different dentist in the last eight years and Dr. Doerschuk is superior to them all. He is finally everything that I have looked for in a dentist. He is transparent, honest, cares about his patients and takes time to explain options and listen to concerns. The practice is beautiful and the staff helpful and friendly. Look no further for the best dentist in the area!

Dr Doerschuck is a nice enough guy but he filled a small cavity and ground down half my tooth. Now I gave an uncomfortable bite and my gum swells around the tooth because it's ground so close to the gum.
