I actually like going to this dentist. Everybody from the front desk to the hygienist and dentist are all very nice and do a very good job with my teeth. I've always hated going to the dentist but now I can tolerate it.

We have had many years of excellent care from Jasmine Dental. From the process of making appointments through the cleaning, examining, X-Rays, and dental work, it is as pleasant an experience as possible and we have complete confidence in their work. We highly recommend this group!

Called to schedule my child a routine cleaning. Rep informed me the only available appt they had was in the morning, mind you I told her my child is in school. Then stated they were booked throughout this year. Staff do not try to accommodate you. I will tell my orthodontist to not refer anyone, as they referred me and you see how that worked out.

I have been coming here since I was a teenager. Now I bring my son. We have been other places due to insurance changes but not one is as friendly nor knows our family as well. I would not go anywhere else.

My family has been loyal customers since the opening of Dr. Hicks practice. Everyone is warm, caring, and always on point. Even when I didn't have insurance, the office always had a plan to get me and my child dental care. My kids even look forward to going. Cant say enough about the wonderful staff and Dr.

Dr Hicks has cared for my entire family for many years. Today she and the staff went above and beyond! I broke a front tooth and arrived only 15 minutes before closing time. Dr Hicks and staff stayed almost two hours late to care for me. Never complained, never rushed, paid attention to every detail as usual. I can not recommend her strongly enough. From comforting our children to handling painful emergency situations they are the best.

Great dentist and staff. I am very pleased with results and attention to complete review of all oral health issues in the dental field. Teeth, gums, cleaning, etc. Dr. Hicks has a good eye for detecting oral lesions. She found two on my tongue. She immediately got me in with an oral surgeon who removed them. The item came back as benign with no evidence of malignancy or pre-malignancy. That is the kind of dentist you want on your side. I am a Friendswood resident of over 25 years and have used a number of other dentists before. I am staying with Dr. Hicks and staff. They not only do great work with great attitude they give guidance on insurance and other financial issues that are so important to middle class families.

Dr. Hicks and the entire staff are AMAZING! I've been going to her as long as she's been at this office and send whoever I can her way. She is an excellent dentist and always very conscientious of her patients and their needs.
