I highly recommend Advanced Endodontics. Dr. Wu and his staff were wonderful. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me in detail and helped to put my mind at ease. I can't thank them enough for their kindness and expertise.

No one wants a root canal treatment, but if you have to have this done, this is the place to go. I am a medical professional, and speaking from experience, I want to say this staff and Dr Fortman were very professional and skilled. This was a truly "wow" experience as procedures go. Thank you to Dr Fortman and his whole team.

I had a very pleasant experience at Dr. Fortmans office. Both the doctor and the staff were very patient with my questions. Dr. Fortman took the time to explain the procedure in plain English and didn't talk down to me. Overall very satisfactory!

Over many years I have had several emergencies, and every single time Dr. Fortman was there for me in my hour of need. The care and professionalism in his office earns my 5 stars. Thanks Dr. Fortman.

Dr. Fortman's office scheduled me next day with a referral from my dentist. His office was extremely busy, but clean and organized; and all staff members were nice, professional and took time to explain things. Dr. Fortman's office is busy, I think, NOT because they overschedule people, but because they routinely accommodate patients who are in pain and need a root canal or somesuch procedure on short notice. Dr. Fortman himself was quite nice, patient and professional; and he explained things in plain terms without insulting my intelligence. He was extremely competent at his work and completed my root canal efficiently and painlessly. His methods were less invasive than past experiences I have had. He is obviously also up to date on the latest technology. Some of the tech he uses is not covered by insurance. However, I think the tech helps contribute to a faster procedure overall as well as relatively minimal discomfort post-procedure and I think most decent endo offices use tech that insurance does not cover. The situation speaks more to the insurance industry than the dental industry. Anyway, I like this office and would recommend it to anyone unlucky enough to need this type of service.

Everyone is very friendly and it's very clean. I was comforted when I was nervous and dr fortman did an amazing job. Everything went smoothly. I don't like getting dental work done but 10/10 best dentist I've ever had.

This office is awesome. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Very clean office space. I went for a root canal, which is no fun, but had one of the best experiences. The dentist, Jarad, was so friendly and talked through the whole process, explaining what he was doing and how long it would take for each step. This helped with my anxiety towards dental work. He is also very knowledgeable and caring about my dental health. When he discovered i needed another root canal on the next tooth he took care of that one as well instead of making me schedrule a second appointment. I was very happy with my experience here!

I went to Dr. Fortman in an emergency situation as I had a nerve causing me lots of pain. Not only was Jessica, who answered the phone, compassionate and understanding, she also worked it out to see me the next day. From his staff to the doc himself, the communication and compassion were outstanding. Dr Fortman has a special touch, caused me almost no pain in a root canal procedure and I am super thankful to have chosen his office. 10/10 staff, 10/10 treatment result. I will always go back here if I need to and I will always recommend Dr Fortman to others.

I am also at a loss for words like Henry Walker said. His review I believe. DR Fortman kicked me out of his office and banned me on site because HE was unable to understand my story of my dental problem and the timeline of events that I presented. No matter how many times I stated when the root canal was done, VS when the swelling started post op (9 months later) he kept reversing the time frames and blaming me saying that I was unable to communicate. He obviously had severe difficulty comprehending MY STORY and blamed me and tried to make ME feel bad about it. He also continued to poke me in the upper bicep repeatedly which was annoying and highly inappropriate. He seemed to do this as an "urge" for me to answer his questions and his claim of needing me to "clarify". That's why I believe he assaulted Henry because he gets physical for nothing. His dental assistant lambasted me for not taking a blood pressure reading on my wrist after I stated 3 times that I would not do it until I knew if I was having a procedure or not WHICH WAS COMPLETELY UNKNOWN AND WOULD BE BASED ON THE OUTCOME OF MY EXAM. She gave me a very sarcastic "OOOOKKKKKK" after the third time but I stood my ground. Blood pressure reading on the wrist causes me extreme discomfort. I explained that to her and ASKED if they could take my BP by the traditional arm cuff method. They did not offer this at the office which was NOT MY PROBLEM. I was not refusing I was explaining my reason and even promised that I would do it if a procedure was to be done. Between my wrist BP rejection at consult, and my uber confusing medical timeline of my problematic tooth that I explained 7 times thoroughly, my CBC scan was ejected by DR Fortman without being seen, I was told to leave the office and he banned me from his practice on site. Now it gets much much worse. I begged for a second chance and for help saying how much PAIN i was in which they KNEW explicitly when I booked the appt. They said no and demanded I leave. I obliged realizing at that point they could decide to be horrible human beings and call the police for me "trespassing" like any other business who orders you to leave. Even though I did absolutely nothing and I probably should have called the police for the excessive rough arm poking. But I obliged. After that between me voicing my hurt and frustration at the payment desk when they refunded me over 2 thousand dollars i had PAID FOR A ROOT CANAL RETREATMENT, allegedly some old bats in the waiting room felt threatened by my presence and "behavior". I went to the restroom before exiting and the desk woman named Marney was standing right in front of the bathroom door like a security guard, she then escorted me out. She then LOCKED THE OFFICE DOOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and she drew the shades. So boys and girls ,this office insulted me, banned me, treated me like a criminal, and locked me out of their office. Basically accused me of things I did not do, and told me later on the phone that their "WITNESSES feared for their lives." Do you know how insulting this is? They were trying to make a comparison to me, and a mass shooter. HOW INSULTING!!! END OF STORY. I am a female, too. Latest 15 years of mass shooters, males in late teens to 20's. I am 5'2, 32 years old, female. And did absolutely nothing of the sort, or anything wrong. In fact, You can now really justify Henry Walker's story. Now I know I am expecting Mr Fortman to deny this story and write to me, since he writes back to all his negative reviews. I am ready for you sir.I won't reply though. Can't on here.

UNTOUCHABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! AMAZING TECHNICAL SKILL! I could not be more grateful! As you may know, tooth pain can be excruciating; however, I was so lucky to have been referred to Dr. Fortman's office. I was in terrible pain and didn't get any sleep the night before my appointment. So. The time came for my appointment and I was running behind due to having to pull over a couple of times to avoid falling asleep at the wheel. I called and told them that I'm running late, and why, and I asked if they would be able to move me to a later time if they had it. They were so kind about my circumstances and asked only that I let them know if I'll be any later than discussed. When I arrived, they were kinder still in spite of my messing up their schedule. Although I wasn't able to be treated immediately, I was taken in right away and seated for X-rays. While I waited, they turned down the lights, lowered the back of my chair, and offered me blankets to keep me comfortable while they let me rest. I don't know if I should name names but the staff that was tending to me was wonderful! She was so attentive and thoughtful from start to finish. Now, for Dr. Fortman; in kind, he was very accommodating and attentive from start to finish. His technical knowledge and skill is evident! His bedside manner was impeccable. I have never heard good things about the root-canal process; but after my visit, I will not fear another. If I'm unfortunate enough to need one, I'll make an appointment with Dr. Fortman's office. I will be directing others to his office as well. Thank you so much!
