Jaradeh Majed is awesome at checking with his patience to make sure while he is performing the work on your teeth that you are very comfortable I have been with this outfit now for 7 years and the whole staff is amazing

As someone who has gotten most of their dental work done under what is fully covered by masshealth, I had a pretty decent experience with this practitioner. However a couple of things that will may be deal breakers for some people is that Dr. Jaradeh has a intensely loaded schedule, so outside the scheduled sessions, he may not have much time to discuss procedures and medical information you need to know regarding your dental work or medication being prescribed to you. I can tell he tries to make time and be patient to convey the information you need to know. Though i've seen his schedule chart several times before and he's positively slammed with work every day. Often times appointment dates will have to be set out a month or two (sometimes more) into the future. And i've had times where I had been waiting about 30 minutes for the Doctor to show up during the appointment as he was so pressed with responsibilities he had to get done. I don't personally know much about the practice so I do not have grounds to criticize some of the things i've seen, but it's clear the doctor is perhaps too overloaded on work. He however seems to be a decent dentist, however if there is a problem with your dental work, be persistent and insist on the issue. It's your mouth and you have to live with the work done on you. I've had at least 3 times where I had to be assertive about a quality of life issue in my mouth after the work was done that would be a nuisance to live with, 2 of those times he admitted it was a problem that had to be quickly fixed. 1 time however it really was not that big of a deal and it would have sorted itself out. The other problem with this office that will most likely be a deal-breaker for many, is that they do not offer any sort of payments plan for procedures. If there is a cost left over you have to pay from your insurance or the full total with no coverage. You ARE expected to pay the full amount, right then and there. There is no other options. (At least, none that were conveyed to me. They had many signs in bold black text stating all costs must be paid in a full one-time payment.) I was not a fan of this and frankly I probably should've considered looking at other dentists because of this. Since in the end I got two teeth pulled because I couldn't afford to pay the grand total immediately. However if I had a payment plan I probably would've gotten the work I needed done and kept my two teeth while gradually paying off the owed amount. Unfortunately going to have to live with that regret. In short, a good dentist for simple, dental procedures fully covered by your insurance. Not something I think would particularly work out long term as you could get stuck in a tricky situation, so you should perhaps look elsewhere. Note: I have been a client of this office for 2-3 years and am covered by MassHealth Careplus.

Ever since I was a kid, this was the first dentist I went to. Until this day, I'm still a client of theirs and I get my regular cleanings every 6 months & every time the experience is great. All of the doctors especially Dr. Jaradeh demonstrates exceptional work and professionalism. Besides the cleanings, I also got my wisdom teeth taken out here and they did a phenomenal job because going in I was a little nervous but they ensured me that everything would be just fine. All in all, I would definitely recommend this to be your new/first dentist you go to!! You won't be disappointed.

Besides the cleanings, I also got my wisdom teeth taken out here and they did a phenomenal job because going in I was a little nervous but they ensured me that everything would be just fine. I have been going to Dr. Majed's practice for over 12 years now and never once have I been witness to the complaints listed below. Even after moving to a different town, both my husband and I prefer to make the long drive there than go to any of the practices along the way. Always very friendly, considerate, clean and very attentive to details. Our waits have never been longer than 10 minutes. Normally, I don't even get the time to sit and read a magazine, so fast I get called in. And the only time we had to wait more than that, was due to an unscheduled emergency visit, when my husband had to be squeezed in between other appointments. We have been extremely satisfied with the dental work we have been receiving since day one. Never once we have felt pushed to get unnecessary work done on our teeth like so many dentists seem to be doing nowadays. Additionally I like the fact that Dr. Majed keeps up with the changing technologies and his equipment is state-of-the-art. We will never go anywhere else for as long as we can. Although I will draw the line at a three hour drive. :)

The Best Dental I ever been too. Friendly and clean environment. Dr. Jaradeh explained all the procedures that needs to be done such as fillings and root canal. I set an appointment for my fillings. Dr. Mallouh did my extractions. Never have problem with this place. All the staff so friendly and willing to work with you. All my family and friends comes here. I highly recommend this place.

Great experience all around!! Dr. Jaradeh and his staff are very professional, thorough and friendly. My son had his braces done there. I had a root canal and we have our cleanings done there every six months. In addition, the office is very clean. I highly recommend . Moira and Steve Silva

Our family has been going to dental associates for years. All of the doctors do exceptional work. The office is always clean, organized and the staff are awesome. I would highly recommend patient's with a fear of dentistry to see Dr.Jaradeh he can change your experience.
