Office Manager Wendy Lombardo is the glue that holds our office together. Wendy joined the practice in November of 1992. Hard-working and conscientious, Wendy received her Fellowship from the American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM) in 2013. She is HIPAA and OSHA trained. Wendy is from Medford and outside of work she enjoys photography, art & crafts, reading and spending time with her husband and two pups. Wendy says that the office is a very family oriented practice. Our patients are happy to see us and walk in with a big smile. I work with wonderful and experienced people where patients and their well being always come first.

Front desk receptionist Michelle Manley joined the practice in February of 2017. Patient and proficient, Michelle earned her Bachelors degree in Psychology from Merrimack College. Michelle is certified in CPR as well as OSHA and HIPAA trained. Michelle is from Saugus and enjoys reading, running and spending time with family and friends. Michelle likes that everyone at the office is very friendly which allows for a welcoming environment for patients.

Certified Dental Assistant Lisa Zamagni joined our practice in December 2018. Motivated and committed, Lisa has over 30 years of experience in her field. She is certified in CPR and dental radiology from Boston University. She is also trained in OSHA and HIPAA. She is from Malden and outside of work she enjoys reading, boating, walking and spending time with family and friends. She says of the office that everyone is friendly and I like the family atmosphere.

Registered Dental Hygienist Mary Launie joined the practice in April of 2016. Approachable and enthusiastic, Mary earned her Bachelors degree in Health Science from Northeastern University and later attended Forsyth School for Dental Hygienists. She is certified in CPR and trained in OSHA and HIPAA. Mary is originally from Natick but now lives in Winchester. Outside of work she enjoys weightlifting, visiting Cape Cod, gardening, going to book clubs, and entertaining friends and family. Mary says her favorite part about the office is that its a cheerful, friendly, family practice and also that its located in the center of town.

Registered Dental Hygienist Dawn Sicari joined the practice in June 2017. Amicable and educated, Dawn completed the Dental Hygiene Associate in Science degree program at Middlesex Community College. Dawn was the president of her hygiene class and truly enjoys working with patients, educating them on improving their oral and overall health and wellness. Dawn is certified in CPR, OSHA and HIPAA training. She is a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association. Dawn is from Somerville and in her spare time she volunteers at Medford Vocational High School as a speaker to health career students and is co-chair on their advisory board. She also enjoys spending time with her two wonderful young sons. Dawn says she likes the family-oriented patients in the practice, the office and co-workers. This all provides a warm and friendly environment to work in.

Before I went to the office, I checked out their website to see how cleaning was done. I was looking for a dentist office that have hygienist does cleaning with ultrasonic, and their website seems to indicate that's how it works at the office. I went to this office for the first time back in February. For my cleaning, no only did I not have a hygienist does my cleaning but no ultrasonic was used. The dentist did the cleaning with her hand tools, it was the worst cleaning I have ever experienced in my life. If you imagine doing a deep cleaning, without anesthesia, that's how she clean. It took her 15 minute to clean, and I was suffering and about to cry of pain. She kept talking and never asked how I feel even though I look in pain. My gum was sore for 3 days afterward and there were clogs of blood coming out after the cleaning. It was purely horrible, I will never o back again!

I have been a patient here for numerous years. I have found the front desk staff ( Stephanie, Michelle and Wendy) extremely accommodating and personable. I also have Carol as my hygienist, and always feel like a new person when she is done cleaning my teeth. The dentists (Dr. Moriarty and Dr. Jenny) are right on top of assisting me with whatever issue (and there have been many due to past chemo treatments) needs to be resolved and ensure that I am able to keep my smile. I highly recommend that you utilize this dental office. You won't go wrong. Thank you to all the staff for a great atmosphere and your professionalism!!!.

I am a currant patient at this dental office and felt that a review is necessary. My experience here has always been consistently excellent. Between the front desk staff being friendly and always willing to help to the doctors attention to detail and the ease of any of the procedures being done at the time. It's a wonderful thing when leaving a dental office pain free and not stressed. I have and will continue to refer this dental office to my family and friends.

Dr. Moriarry herself is wonderful! Kind, funny and honest. The front desk on the other hand isn't on the ball. After calling and giving all my Insurance info, I was told they accept my insurance so everything (cleaning and X-rays) were no cost. I then get a $200 bill saying I wasn't covered and they don't accept my insurance. I wish I knew that BEFORE otherwise I would have gone to someone in network. That was disappointing because like I said, Dr. M was fantastic.

The staff at Dr. Moriarty's office surpasses excellence. All office members are warm and welcoming. They are taking COVID-19 safety very seriously, checking temperatures and giving a new mask and pair of gloves to each patient that enters their office. For someone like myself who gets a little anxious going to the dentist, the hygienists do a wonderful job of making you feel very comfortable! I would recommend this office to any one of any age.

They saved me from having a surprise bill. I hope to get Janis Moriarty's, office staff in my network soon!

I was a new patient of Dr. Moriarty and her office. They have been wonderful, both for setting up insurance and helping to organize a first visit. And the first visit was amazing. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My conversation with Dr. Moriarty was lovely. All of the recommendations were doable and make sense and any question I had was answered. I will happily refer anyone to this practice.
