5 thumbs up!!! When you need an Endodontist, you need one quickly. Dr. Chou and her team took care of me just days before Christmas...critical timing. I was so pleased. She completely remedied the tooth situation....no more pain or inflamed gums. Considering I am leaving the country in a few days, her expertise was appreciated all the more. Last, and most important, I have a lot of confidence in Dr. Chou. I think you will too.

Just do yourself a favor and don't go there. I just had one of my worst dental experiences ever. This place is a rip off. They had me do a CT scan on-site before I even see the doctor, which they said "It's necessary for you but unfortunately uncovered by your insurance!". They had me pay $200 for that. And then I saw the doctor, which was the most rushing dentist I have ever seen. She was not even giving me the chance to talk. She spent a grand total of maybe 5 minutes with me, for which they charged me another $100. So I basically ended up paying $300 on the spot for nothing. Also, the doctor was very rough with her assistant! I don't know what are all the good reviews for?! My guess is that most of them are fake because most of them were done 2 years ago by accounts without pictures and having only 1 review, very sketchy! Just look at the language used in most of the reviews and observe the striking similarity between them. Also one of the reviews is the doctor reviewing herself, what a joke!

Dr. Chou and her staff are BEYOND excellent, caring, patient, courteous, friendly, professional, highly skilled and accommodating. The doctor and her assistant work so well together, like a well oiled machine. Almost forgot...pain-free. I highly recommend this office for anyone who is in need of a root canal.

I've been with Dr. Chou for about a year and have done about 7-8 root canal treatments. She is a really nice, friendly and professional doctor. I've done two root canals at 2 other clinics but the infections all reoccurred after a couple months. After that, I went directly to Dr Chou and did 7-8 root canals. None of the teeth that she has done got infection again. She was great, very reliable. The teeth typically only hurts on the day of root canals, which could be alleviate by Advil. Dr Chou is not the type of doctors who just want to earn money from you. She tells me when a root canal is not necessary and tells me when somewhere else is cheaper for filling dental cavities. Five stars!!

I went to Dr. chou's office as a referral from my dentist to get a root canal. It was my first time ever having to have a root canal done. It was a great experience! I felt no pain during the procedure. They were all so kind and explained everything so well. The whole process was very smooth. I definitely recommend!

I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Chou and her staff! They are professional, yet personable and really care about my health and happiness. They were great about working with my busy schedule and they followed up with sincerity and thoughtfulness after my procedure. I had a pleasant experience and recommend Dr. Chou to anyone in need of a root canal.

I had a great experience at Dr. Chou's office. Her team was top notch. Dr. Chou did a nice job at explaining everything and listening to what I had to say. She kept me calm during my appointments and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

It was such a pleasure to visit Dr. Chou's office for my root canal. Dr. Chou and her staff are so welcoming and friendly. They made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. They even gave me a warm blanket to use. The care and thoroughness of the treatment was exemplary!

I recently needed an emergency root canal and was referred to Dr. Chou's office. Sylvia was kind and able to fit me in immediately. Dr. Chou and Jamie took care of my tooth and was the absolute best. They calmed my nerves and even made me laugh. I will be going back to complete my emergency care and I'm happy to say that my tooth feels better already. Thank you Dr. Chou and team!

I am so pleased with the level of care I received at this office. The front office is a pleasure to deal with from making appointments to billing questions. The dental assistant was excellent at keeping me calm during the procedure. Dr. Chou is a very talented Endodontist. During the root canal, Dr. Chou and her assistant make a great team, they work as if they are telepathic. I left the office and went on with my day like the root canal never even happened. I would strongly recommend this practice to anyone in need of their services.

I don't think anyone likes going in for a root canal. However for someone with extreme fears like me, the thought is downright terrifying. Thankfully for me, Dr. Chou and her staff were extremely kind and patient. They did everything they could to ensure that I was comfortable. This was probably one of the best dental experiences I've ever had! Thank you to Dr. Chou and her awesome staff.

Dr. Chou and her staff demonstrated a welcoming and friendly demeanor. Dr. Chou clearly exhibited a high level of expertise and professionalism throughout my visit. I also appreciated the extra time and explanation of the procedure that was being performed. Providing a relaxed atmosphere by the staff gave me a great deal of comfort and made my visit a pleasant one.

Dr. Chou is an outstanding Endodontist. My dentist sent me to her for a root canal. Her awesome staff was able to fit me in the same day due to the excruciating pain I was in. They took me back right away, explained what procedure was appropriate and completely put me at ease. Dr. Chou and her staff were very sweet, knowledgable and professional! They went above and beyond and I highly recommend them!

I recently took my elderly mother to have a root canal done with Dr. Chou. Dr. Chou and her staff delivered the highest quality of dental care in an atmosphere of warmth, kindness and respect. This office was truly a blessing!
