Very tight parking. I think wearing the mask now is a little over the top. Other dentist and doctors offices are not doing that. The staff was friendly and Professional. Janna was nice and good at her job.

Office help, dental assistant, and Dr Choi were very friendly and efficient. Dr Choi took the time to clearly explain my periodontal condition and options without trying to sell me on additional procedures. I would highly recommend Dr Choi and his practice.

It was a great experience and cleaned deep cleaning gums internal the periodontist treatment which it is ongoing also suggested to fix the wisdom teeth which is totally broken go to the surgeon to do it. hygienist is professional and experienced one. Receptionist is friendly and helpful. I would recommend it as highly experienced, very professional.

Dr Choi is an excellent Doctor (periodontist) with very helpful, efficient staff. I have had several procedure and all were successful. He explains everything carefully and is an excellent surgeon. I would highly recommend his office! Today three years later I returned for an additional implant. Once again excellent care impeccably clean office and Dr's assistant Lacie Is professional and very gentle... Highly rated in all aspects!

I did a deep clean here. The hygienist is very professional. She is very patient to explain everything to me, like what may encounter during the cleaning process and why I see these symptoms in gum. Teeth become very clean after non procedure. Clean process is gentle and thorough. It took about 50 mins. Gum feels not bad after deep clean. Appreciated

I have been seeing Dr Choi since he started his practice in Latham and have been extremely pleased with his care and expertise. Moreover his concerns for not taking short cuts and doing a great job. I highly recommend this practice

Dr. Koa is just incredible! A root canal is no fun for anyone and Dr. Koa made the entire procedure comfortable. All of my questions and concerns were answered. The procedure was painless. Also, I would like to thank his friendly and professional dental assistant. I highly recommend Dr. Koa for anyone needing a root canal.

Every person that I have met in this office is awesome. When I have an appointment scheduled, I dont cringe at the thought because I know the service is going to be great from the check in to check out. Dr. Choi performed LANAP surgery on me and he explained everything throughly and it was easy to understand what to expect and what I needed to do. There were a few times that I was concerned about how I was healing, but Dr. Choi addressed them, and he calls you back if he is busy! I reccomend Dr. Choi's office If you are looking for great perio service with an aweome staff

Well I just went for a consult but Dr Koa wS very nice and gave me a few options that he actually wouldn't be performing. The dental assistant was very friendly. If I ever need an Endodontist I would go to him.
