The office, previously owned by Dr. Calvert Jang, is now under the careful and expert management of his daughter and son-in-law, Dr. Kathryn Lee and Dr. Raymond Lee. Dr. Lee graduated from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in 1998 after receiving an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Davis. She has been practicing in the area for over 20 years. As a member of the San Francisco Dental Society, California Dental Society and American Dental Association, Dr. Kathryn Lee is happy to provide you the dental care you deserve.
When Dr. Kathryn Lee isnt spending time with her husband or children, she enjoys cooking, baking, trying new foods and traveling. A native to San Francisco, Dr. Kathryn Lee is committed to giving back to the community that she grew up in by educating patients and helping to improve their quality of life, one smile at a time!
Dr. Raymond Lee attended the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry and graduated in 1997, having previously studied biological sciences for his undergraduate studies. He also graduated with honors from Tau Kapp Omega Dental Honor Society. Having practiced dentistry for 21 years, Dr. Raymond Lee has a strong appreciation for education and continues to search for the best methods and procedures available to help his patients. His goal is to provide the best care he is capable of to each and every patient, and to treat every patient as if they were his family. Happy to answer any questions his patients have, Dr. Raymond Lee will always love to provide quality dental education to his patients. As a side hobby, Dr. Raymond Lee enjoys landscape photography.
Dr. Donna Lem is proud to be a graduate of the University of the Pacific, where she graduated in 1986. Her education also includes an undergraduate degree of zoology from UC Davis, as well as having graduated from UCSF in dental hygiene. Having practiced in the area for 31 years, Dr. Lem is committed to providing unique and individualized treatment that each patient can be happy with!
Dr. Jessica Jiao Zhu is a proud graduate of UCLA School of Dentistry, where she graduated in 2015. Her education also includes a bachelors degree in biology from UCLA College of Letters & Science. With a commitment to providing the best care to her patients, Dr. Zhu continues to further her knowledge and capabilities by taking CE classes every year. She has practiced in LA for 2 years and the Bay Area for almost a year. She is a member of the American Dental Association and the California Dental Association, and she is certified in Invisalign.
Dr. Zhu is a native of Los Angeles, where some of her family still lives today. She loves her husband, a software engineer, and their dog. She also enjoys cooking, painting, reading, karaoke and cosplay. She loves dogs and is also fluent in Mandarin Chinese.

10/10!!!! I really appreciate the staff at this office so much. Dr. Zhu made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process and is amazing!! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for dental care.

I am very thankful that I was able to get into Irving Pet Hospital on an Urgent Care basis @ 10:00 am. I was under the impression that treatment to explore for a 'foot foxtail'+infection would be approx. 2 1/2 hours. Dr. and staff did an excellent job, but my only concern was that I wasn't told that Teddy was placed on the back burner due to two critical patients that had arrived. When I returned to pick Teddy up at 1:30, he hadn't been seen/sedated yet. We both agreed that a phone call from staff to a very nervous 'dog mom' would have been a good thing. Staff and Doc that tended to Teddy were extremely kind and caring! Tech with tatoos was terrific! I would return for service and I recommend!

I felt welcomed from the moment I stepped in the office. I'm new to SF and it was difficult for me to find a dentist in my area that took my insurance and had good ratings. They lived up to their ratings.

Dr Kathy Jang and her assistant Kay were just so nice!. I really like them and they do a nice job. Update: I just went back in to see Dr Kathy to have my new teeth/crowns put in post implant posts. She made it so easy and painless, I was falling asleep. As always, D r Kathy and crew are the best. Update 10.25.21 I have bad teeth. Broke another one eating Costco's free almonds. Dr Kathy was really good about squeezing me into her busy schedule. Well, it was a broken off crown. She pulled that tooth with painless dentistry. Again, Dr Kathy has superb skills and is still a really nice person; with a great supportive staff Update 4.7.22 Dr Kathy again showed how dedicated she is to good dentistry. She had to fit 2 crowns on to implants side by side. Tight space tiny teeth. She was not over zealous but continued to work away until they fit within it's space and in conjunction with other teeth and 'partial'. Great job! Probably backed her up. But no quit in her. Steady, always doing it right. No pain. Thanks Dr Kathy
