Dr. Atkinson graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1995 and has practiced dentistry in the Texarkana area since 1995. While in private practice, Dr. Atkinson has continued to increase her knowledge and skills in dentistry by traveling across the country learning progressive techniques from the nations top dental educators. Currently Dr. Atkinson serves as a member of the teaching faculty for the Center for Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry in Dallas, Texas. This organization provides dental education in the treatment of complex restorative cases, including the restoration of severely worn, missing and/or decayed teeth as well as advanced techniques in aesthetic dentistry including smile enhancement utilizing porcelain veneers, crowns and bridges.
