Absolutely wonderful experience. Extremely sincere, friendly and thorough staff. Minimal wait time after arrival at each of my appointments. Everything was explained beforehand to me and i was even given a summary of charges before any work was done showing what insurance would pay and what my financial responsibility would be. With winter weather moving into the area the day of my first appointment, Monica contacted me and let me know that they would work me in that morning to make sure I was seen before the roads got bad. I experienced no pain whatsoever during the root canal and very little soreness if any in the days after. Dr. Tinnin was professional yet personable and made sure I was as comfortable as possible.

he was very unprofessional and very very RUDE! and i was getting a root canal and i could feel the pain i was 100% not numb enough even though i was sedated and eventually he stopped and with only 5 mins of drilling they charged $200 plz go somewhere else.

The root canal was relatively professional but the handling of my payment and insurance was amateurish. They calculated what my part of the cost would be and made sure I paid before leaving. Then I received a bill saying I owed $400 more after insurance. They had received a payment from my health insurance but not my dental insurance. Why a dental office did not know the difference is disappointing. Monica was very unhelpful and snarky when I called trying to explain. If you have a choice, go elsewhere.

Very Unprofessional. I had a root canal scheduled for a month and 4 days before I get a call that they need to reschedule. Not because of an emergency or anything, but because he decided last minute to go on spring break!! I needed this procedure.. had my sedation medication purchased, a driver (to and from) arranged, day off of work, etc. And then this!! They never should have allowed me to book this procedure during spring break if there was a possibility of him taking off and once it was booked he should be professional enough to follow through. I will be looking for another endodontist to complete my procedure, I just can't give my money to someone who cares so little about their patients.

He is very nice and his work is very good and everybody there is really nice I would prefer him to any of my friends and family thank you for the root canal it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be ..

Dr. Jamey Tinnin is not only a great Endodontist he's a great guy! His Business staff and assistants are professional & friendly and it's obvious they are happy to be working with him. Dr. Tinnin treats his staff and patients with kindness & respect while providing excellent dental care.

Highly recommend Dr Jamey Tinnin. Best endodontist in town (and I have been to others). Very thorough and knowledgeable . My root canal was painless.

Dr. Tinnin has always taken great care of our patients and is always willing to see them to get them out of pain if necessary. I've sent family members to him for root canal treatment and he would be the first person I would call if I needed a root canal. Highly recommended.

I was told I needed a root canal. Got 4 other opinions and I do not need one! All 4 others I saw agree I don't and that I am grinding my teeth and causing my muscle to hurt which is where my pain is, not in my tooth but my cheek.
