Excellent and friendly staff. I was nervous about going to a new dentist after relocating to Jamestown. So glad I chose Jamestown Family Dentistry. Dr. Tom was amazing. I had worries about getting a broken tooth crowned. No pain with this dentist. I had a horrible experience from a previous dentist and explained my fears. They took very good care of me! No worries about dentistry anymore! Thank you to all!

WOW! I called to see if they take TNCare for foster kids I need cleanings for, and the receptionist was incredibly rude. She said, "No... We don't... then very snootily said THANK YOU, BYE!" like I was some sort of Germ that she didn't want near her. Like really, omg! That was so rude.

I love these professional people. Always explains what they're doing, I have to use CareCredit when my insurance doesn't cover it & my cashflow is low. I think they have an "in house" finance plan. They always send me out to an endodontist as needed. I appreciate them for all they do

I do not like the dentist, but they make me feel comfortable. They also saw my 4yo for a toothache and did not charge us. I would recommend them to anyone.

Awesome dental hygienists, especially Khaki!!! The dentists are excellent, too! I have been going here since I was in 6th grade, and now I'm almost 35 and still going to see them! I'm even living out of state (thank goodness they take my insurance!).

Excellent and kind people work her. Shawn and Dr were well informed and pleasant. All options were discussed and plan of action taken. I highly recommend this dentistry office.
