Dr. James Tsai has been treating patients in Pasadena and its environs for over 28 years in a compassionate and caring way. He graduated from UCLA in 1991 and has been creating beautiful smiles ever since. Dr. Tsai is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, San Gabriel Dental Society and the I.C.O.I. (International Congress of Implant logy). Dr. Tsai believes in the philosophy of comprehensive care and good communication. He has been treating his patients with upmost attention and respect. He takes pride in being truthful and honest with his patients and always trying his best to provide cares. Along with his comprehensive knowledge and skills in dentistry, Dr. Tsai has been a well respected dentist in the community.
Dr. Kelly Huang has been known for being a smiling, caring, friendly, and patient dentist for the last 23 years in the Pasadena community. Graduated from UCLA in 1991, Dr. Kelly, as her patient intimately calling her, has been the primary care giver to children as well as senior of the practices. Dr. Kelly also is a member of California Dental Association, American Dental Association, and American Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Kelly believes in good communication as well as good coordination with other specialties in dentistry in providing the best care for her patients. Dr. Kelly also has been a long term volunteer, along with Dr. Tsai, with Tzu Chi Free Dental Clinic, in providing cares for low income patients.

I've been putting off getting my wisdom teeth out for over a year, but when my second bottom one came in, I realized I had to find a dentist ASAP. I happened upon Dr. Tsai's practice and booked an appointment back in April. The consultation and appointment were within a week of each other and the removal went smoothly! The whole process was such a nice experience and my sockets didn't get infected and healed up within a month of the removal. I was able to eat solid food within 2-3 weeks after I got them out. I highly recommend going to Dr. Tsai for all your dentist needs!

After having been a regular customer for more than 10 years, beginning when I had dental insurance with my employer and after retiring with Medicare but no dental insurance I continued getting dental services and paying cash for his services. But now that I switched to an insurance company that provides dental coverage and he is listed as working with this insurance group, he refuses to accept me as a customer saying that since the beginning of this year (2021) they are not accepting new customers from this dental insurance company, but as a paying customer they will. I have been seeing this dentist at least twice a year all the time, except during 2020 due to the pandemic.

Thank you to the Dr.Tsai and staff for giving me my smile back. Dr.tsai restored my missing lower teeth with dental implants and i could not be more happier. I am not affaid to smile anymore ... A special thxs to Gena his receptionist and office manager who helped with my Insurance questions and payment plan... Thx you again!!!!

Dr. Tsai is the best dentist I've ever had. The office and technology is clean and modern; he's very professional, and his staff is always friendly. I was scheduled for 2 crowns today (ins would pay 100%), but he decided I only needed one after examining again. Very honest, thorough and highly recommended.

Dear Mr. Bero, Your last visit to our office was back in 2007. And you visited twice, once in March and once in December of the year. You have not returned to our office since because you moved. Your wife had never been in our office ever. We have upgraded and updated our facilities since your last visit, Please see our web site for the current state of the office. I can confidently say that our office is modern and up to date in equipments and facility. Therefore your negative post three weeks ago somewhat confounded our office staff and me. Could you explain why you posted such a negative review three weeks ago since you have not been in our office the last 10 years? Today was my first visit with Dr.Tsai and i must say that i am vary pleased with his work and not only was his staff super friendly and kind they new how to treat you with honesty and kindness . I will be coming back here for now on.
