Dr. Jim Formaker graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) Dental School in 1986. Prior to studying at USC, he attended the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). Dr. Formaker has been practicing for over 22 years. Since he began his practice of dentistry, Dr. Formaker has expanded and kept his knowledge current through continuing educational classes, ensuring that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care. He enjoys walks on the beach.......oops, wrong profile!

First I would like to say Dr Formakers, dental hygiene staff and front desk staff (Lauren) are amazing and extremely professional. Dr Formakers is by far the best dentist, he takes his time to explain to you any of the procedure, makes sure you're comfortable, very personable, and surprisingly he called to just follow up and check on me. I genuinely enjoy going to their office and the experience is always great.The office is clean they went above and beyond to make sure patients are safe during this covid times, easily accessible, there is never a wait, there is valet parking on site and also street parking which is always available whenever I go there. Finally I appreciate the fact that he has diverse group of staff in his office. I would recommend everyone especially if you're terrified of dentist, you will enjoy and love the experience at Dr Formakers office.

Seriously: their team is awesome! Everyone is so kind, patient, and passionate about what they're doing. It's really nice to have a dental health provider that is this great at their service. The dental hygienists who clean my teeth are always so friendly and so careful not to cause excessive pain when they clean. To have that extra attention to detail really makes this office stand out.

I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Formaker and his staff. As awful as it is too have dental work done, they make it as easy and painless add possible and they're all so nice. Dr. Formaker is so kind and gentle.
