In our Arlington, TX dental office, we make use of the latest dentistry techniques and technologies to ensure patients are comfortable throughout even the most advanced dental care procedures. Dr. Gray is passionate about giving back to those who need our help and dental expertise. Thats why he regularly volunteers with Serving Him Healthcare International Ministries and takes dental mission trips to Romania. These organizations provide oral health treatments to people in underserved communities. Dr. Gray is involved with Save a Smile, which provides dental treatment for children in need, and has also volunteered for Habitat for Humanity.
Dr. Gray is a caring and committed professional who is dedicated to the dental health of his patients. He has been in practice for 30 years. He is active in the Texas Dental Association, the Fort Worth District Dental Society, the American Dental Association, and is a past president of the Arlington Dental Study Club. Dr. Gray participates in the CEREC study club in Dallas, and the ITI (Implant Team International) study club to stay at the forefront of dental technology. Dr. Gray is a graduate of the University of Texas Dental School at San Antonio. He holds a bachelors degree in biochemistry from the University of Texas. Dr. Gray completed a five month mini-residency in sleep medicine at UCLA in the spring of 2016 and has been treating sleep apnea since 2006.
Dr. Gray and his wife, Sherry, attend Christ Chapel Bible Church. He has participated in youth mission trips and has gone to Romania and Cuba with Serving Him Ministries since 2008, providing health and healing while they share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Dr. Gray has three children and has been married for 30 years. Dr. Gray has enjoyed camping with his son and daughters through the YMCA parent/child program from 1998-2013. His family hosted Northern Irish teens with the Ulster Project in the summers of 2012 and 2013. He loves outdoor activities like hunting and fishing, and riding his motorcycle.
Ashley is our office manager and insurance expert. Her warm smile and friendly voice are always here to welcome your call or visit. She has over 15 years of experience in dentistry and will assist you with any questions you may have regarding scheduling, treatment, financial concerns, or anything else pertaining to our dental practice. Ashley loves being a mother and enjoys spending time with family and friends and staying connected at her church. She thoroughly enjoys working with people and strives to provide a professional and caring environment for both patients and our dental family.
Agustin is Dr. Gray's dental assistant and has over 20 years experience in the dental field. He always greets you with a smile, and his expertise will make you comfortable and at ease during your dental visit. Don't hesitate to ask what he can do to make your dental experience the greatest.
Angelia is our dental hygienist, and her experience in the field spans well over two full decades. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from West Texas State University and studied dental hygiene at Amarillo College. She also has advanced training in diode lasers. Today, what she enjoys most about her role is building relationships with patients while also taking good care of their oral concerns. She always goes the extra mile to provide clear, concise education regarding how to maintain/improve oral health for everyone in her treatment chair! Away from the office, she and her husband Cody have two grown sons. She spends her free time hanging out with family, shopping, traveling, doing Pilates, running, strength training, and attending baseball games.
With two decades of experience in the field of dentistry under her belt, we are proud to have Andrea as part of our front desk team! She was born and raised right here in Texas, which is where she earned her certification in dental assisting and nitrous monitoring. For her, the best part of her job is helping people maintain and manage their dental care. Outside the office, she loves spending time with her six children and seven grandchildren. She also enjoys attending Calvary Church and traveling to the sand and snow!

I have been a patient of Dr. James Gray DDS for 10 years. He and his staff are absolutely the best! He's amazing at numbing his work area. He accomplishes the most pain free dental work I've ever had! His staff are so wonderful my 7 year old wants to come to the dentist more often! Can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Gray and his staff!

Dr. Gray did an incredible job closing up some gaps in my smile with bonding! I did this last minute before my wedding. The office staff was extremely helpful fitting me in for this work in a timely manner!

My family has been going to this Dentist for probably 15yrs (following the retirement of another good dentist). He's thorough, and conservative with what needs to be done. That means he's honest... After yrs of conversations with me, my family, my in-laws... and the fact he's a motorcyclist....I will put him in the good guy/person category. Good people are hard to find. As a dentist he's solid. All of his hygienist and technicians are also good competent people. Occasionally he supports my insurance and at other times doesn't (as plans change), but his fees are fair and his out of network prices are reasonable. On a scale of 10...I'd give him and his office a 9.8. what could he do better? Take a vacation and ride with me . On a serious note not much....he is just good at what he does.

Dr. Gray and his staff are amazing! Dr. Gray is very honest and will do what's best for you. I have been going to Dr. Gray since 2008 and have never waited more than 5 minutes to see him.

I just want to say that I have never been to a dentist office where I have felt comfortable and at-ease. From right when I walk in the door to the moment I walk back to my car. The atmosphere is so professional and the staff truly care. I had also NEVER left a dental office without feeling pain. This is no longer the case thanks to Dr. Gray and his team!!!! I will never go elsewhere and I will recommend Dr. Gray to everyone.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gray's for over 20 years, and I wouldn't go anywhere else! In the years I've been coming to Dr. Gray's office, I have felt comfortable and welcomed with every visit. His friendly staff makes scheduling easy! They also are very helpful in answering any insurance questions. Dr. Gray is friendly, and he clearly explains any issues and treatment options. He always makes sure to follow up on any past dental issues and health issues. The office as a whole has a positive, nurturing atmosphere.
