I had my treatment here with Jame Sy. The dude told me 1 year, and he messed up my alignment and was not capable of fixing back until almost 2 years. One attachment fell off, so I was put on a chair and told that he is putting back the attachment. Instead, He furiously filed/and grind my teeth like a mad man without mentioning a single word. Those are the teeth I loved. Do you know those two cute front rabbit teeth my Mom gave me? They are now just in my memory. I was shaken and asked him in shock, and he answered in a weird tone that he did so to beautify me. When I told him I had never wanted him to grind my teeth, he was angry and threatened me that I was making him to be not nice to me and do less for me. Those are exact words he said to me. Look how other reviewed him in "not recommended" section on yelp. These women/girls' experience are true. I had to go to another othodontist and paid double to fix what he did. He also chipped my sister's front teeth by accident years ago. This guy tend to mess thing up. Stay away.

I really enjoyed getting my braces done here because the environment in the workplace is friendly and it feels safe.

Came in today and was greeted by friendly staff who were also following safe covid19 procedures. Dr. Frank Sy helped me with a great attitude. They did a temperature check before they let me in and made me feel like I was in a safe environment. I was surprised when the chair had a sort of back massager that was definitely calming. Will definitely recommend everyone in need of orthodontic work to this place!

Dr. Sy is a fantastic orthodontist and is very knowledgeable in what he is doing. Not to mention his assistants and the two other orthodontists there are very helpful and friendly as well. Thanks to them I now have nice straight teeth.

I used to have an underbite and I've gone to so many other orthodontists in the area for consultations, but they all refused to take me in and said the only way to fix it is to have surgery. Then I met Dr. Sy - Dr. Sy and his team are always super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Thank you for always going above and beyond! Highly recommend!
