I am withdrawing my Great experience with James River Dental, I hope everyone that believes in them, that is Great for you but, I have called about just cleaning appts around my implants and still, not a word from anyone, so I have lost all my Faith and Trust in them. Like I said for you that believe in them, that is wonderful news! But, I no Longer believe a word they say! Because I simply can't remember if they made cleaning apps for around my implants and I am still waiting on someone to call me and let me know!! I no longer am willing to believe or recommend James River Dental, especially after I spent the amount of money I spent, I am beyond disappointed and hurt !!!!

Always a great experience here and I have been going here for 5 years. They made time to get me in when needed and staff is always so friendly and helpful. I always recommend to friend looking for a new dentist.

My dental was with their lab they are using for repairs. I had a crack in my false teeth they changed me200 dollars and they cracked again 2 months later paid another 200 dollars not more than 4weeks later they cracked again. After the 2nd time they said the lab dose not warranty the work. Feel like I just wanted to say Feel like I have been ripped off!

After spending over $23,000.00 and over a year of my life - I couldn't be happier with my new results!!! And a huge shout out to Dr Kaelin and his assistant Nicole for supporting me - never giving up on me and never complaining to help me to accomplish exactly what I wanted! I am beyond Happy!! If you want to feel like you are Family - This is the place for you!! Thank you Debbie Haase

So clean and friendly! My daughter says she loves the smell of the dentist! That's a good sign. Johnene and Charlie are amazing - gentle yet thorough. And Dr Kaelin is great! Lots of good tips and advice. I went to another dentist for 18 years, and I wish I had known about this office sooner! No comparison! And maybe I've just been lucky so far, but I've never had to wait too long for my cleaning or for the dentist. Efficient and clean! I love this place. Definitely recommend!!

Excellent dental care, and friendly staff. Dr. Kaelin and his team always make my trip to the dentist stress free, whether its a routine cleaning or replacing a crown.

We absolutely love James River Dental! Shawna and Johnene are so amazing with my children and myself too! Our entire family from ages 5 to 92 visit this clinic and we all adore them! Sometimes visiting the dentist can be a scary thing but not here- They really take care of you! So happy we have Dr. Kaelin and his staff as our Dentist! Keep up the great work! *Update 2021* Still going to JRD and still loving it! Thank you for all you do! Shauna and Johnene are still amazing as is the rest of the staff! Thank you!

The entire team is consistently friendly, caring, and professional. Johnene is pleasant and attentive, completing each visit efficiently but thoroughly. Our family have been patients of Dr. Kaelin for over 2 decades - confidently recommend them for your dental care needs.

Dr. Kaelin and staff are very nice, courtesy and professional. This office has had all my dental work for years. Charlie does a excellent job and she is a veteran, the ladies who manage the office part are knowledgeable about their work. Never a problem with billing. If you are looking for a new Dentist, I would highly recommend this office.
