If there was a better review than a 5 star, I would have gone for that instead! Not only because of the professional expertise and friendly environment but also for the hearts of sacrifice and love for absolute strangers! Their sacrifice and love can only be replenished by the Lord Jesus Christ in thousand folds!!!

Have been happily visiting this dental office for almost a decade. Dr. Parkerson and his friendly staff has taken care of our entire family not only for routine care but also available when we had weekend emergencies. They were able to call in antibiotics for me when I had an abscess while i was traveling until i could get home to get it taken care of. The level of service and care they have provided to us over the years is nothing short of extraordinary with care, advice, expertise and reasonable prices. My kids have always enjoyed going to the dentist here because they make it such a pleasant, painless experience for them and even have a treasure box for them to pick out toys. None of my kids have ever had a cavity thanks to the attention to detail with sealants and making sure to educate and motivate them to floss and brush. If you are looking for the best dentist around, look no further than Dr. Parkerson.

I actually wish that I could leave 0 stars! My boyfriend had an extraction done on Monday October 26, 2020. Upon leaving, he was still dizzy from the numbing medication. During the extraction, the dentist broke his tooth off and proceeded to numb him FIVE OR SIX times! As he exited, he was sooo dizzy, he missed a step and fell on his hand and side. Today, Thursday October 29, 2020, he is still in a lot of pain from the extraction and his fall. We called and asked for an excuse because he works a very strenuous job. Someone claiming to be the supervisor named JOYCE was extremely rude and denied him for a simple excuse. Her reasons were because his extraction had been three days ago and claims the numbing medication does not cause dizziness. She claimed that she could only write him an excuse for when he was there. We made the appointment on his off day so no excuse would be needed for that day. JOYCE hung up in my face twice. She only wanted the opportunity to talk and refused to listen to what I had to say. This was horrible customer service and also prejudice. He was a paying patient, paid out of pocket and was denied a simple excuse. I strongly advise everyone to find another dentist to go to because NO patient should be treated as such. He paid $282 dollars during these very hard times of this pandemic, trying to maintain his health and this is how is was treated! Denied of an excuse and was told that they've never heard of a patient becoming dizzy from the numbing medication but he was unable to eat all day because of his infected tooth and they injected numbing medication into his mouth five to six times!
