This dentist rude went in for tooth extraction she was drilling still as I raised my hand that I was in pain won't be going back for anything this happened 3 weeks ago

This dentist is rude. I wasn't allowed to be in the room during my children's check ups. My daughter told me he said she looked funny, he told her he know I was lying about how little soda they drank. He was always curt with me. I don't recommend him.

Me and husband liked him very much from the start but unfortunately when they made a mistake on how much the insurance covered after telling me it was 100% covered he threatened to send me to collections for non payment. Also said he told me the day I had the procedure done that the insurance probably wont cover, which is a lie. Im so sad because people like this take advantage of people like us that cant afford to fight these things legally. Will have to pay and will definetly look for another dentist. UPDATE: I got ahold of my insurance and they told me I was covered and that they were just waiting on the dentist to send them the xrays. I think they either dont know what they are doing there or he was trying to just get money out of me.

Where do I start... yesterday I went to Dr. Caley office to get two of my teeth extracted, due to my orthodontic recommendation. The staff was super caring towards me (and their beautifully attractive.) as I was called up to head inside a room for me to lay down, as I wait for my dentist to arrive. His staff comforts me reassuring me that my process would fly smoothly. Dr. Caley arrived, and greeted me with a cheerful heart. The man made sure I was under general anesthesia, and had me relax for 15 minutes to allow my mouth to be numb. He came back and just under 5 minutes he pulled out two of my teeth like it's just a walk in the park for him. He also asked me in advance if I wanted to keep my teeth. What a genuine man. My mother was impressed on how quickly I've came out of my procedure. Thanks again Dr. Caley, and your staff!!

I am absolutely terrified of dentist due to past experiences. I can only say great things about Dr. Calley and his staff. They are all super sweet , helpful, and professional. I'm so glad I found this office. My daughter and her Dad also go here and have had no bad experiences. I would recommend him to everyone

Dr is SO RUDE to his staff and patients. Good luck trying to understand what his plans for you are. His staff is as rude as they are treated. If you have DENTI CAL, don't bother. He views "us" as a waste of time. If you are late or give 12hr notice rather than his requested "24hour" notice he will charge you $80 because as Dr caley says,"medical screws him and wastes his time." Every time I have left this office it has been in tears. Every time I have spoke on the phone with them, I'm left in tears. They don't care and they are $o incredibly rude and unprofessional. I am in pain as I'm writing this, left his office at 9:30 am this morning. He refuses to med my tooth to allow for a good thanksgiving and ext.s Monday after. Therefore, he walked away from me and told his staff to charge me $6k for a bridge if I want to come back after she did the quote in front of me twice @$3k!!! SHADY SHADY, wants money and doesn't care at all. Use at your own risk but I promise you will realize all I wrote the moment you walk in. This guy is a joke. Shame. His work seems good but his childish antics and greedy green fingers over rule anything positive that is left. Are you in pain? Don't go here. Are you tight on a budget? This guy doesn't care. Are you in medical? He already hates you.

My wife was terrified of the dentist. Dr. Caley changed all that. Now she actually likes going into his office for treatment. Can't say enough good things about Dr. Caley.

I like Dr. Caley - he's an old school dentist and doesn't use high tech fancy equipment, which means I'm not told I need a root canal or a crown every time I go in to see him. My experience with dentist offices that use a lot of gadgets is that they then try to tell me I need to do thousands and thousands of dollars of work. Dr. Caley is straight forward and simple. His staff is good at follow up. And, the best part is I've never had to be in there for more than an hour. I don't have to wait 30 minutes before being seen and I don't have to wait in the patient room for the dentist to see me. I'm in and out within my lunch break.
