A crown got loose over labor day, Dr. Watts office got me in within a couple of days (kept me aware of any openings i could make in the meantime) and did a great job fixing it! Great office!

Updated 11/7/17: I'm 65 and have been to many dentists over the years and around the country. Dr Watts is the best. I have been going to him for 8 years and have nothing but good things to say about him and his staff. I particularly appreciate that he stays on top of new dental technology. If you need a dentist (and who doesn't) you won't go wrong with Dr. Watts. Update: now I'm 68...no change in my review. Well run, professional, friendly...great dentist and office. Update: now I'm 71... I stayed away for almost a year due to covid-19. Back today for a broken filling. Dr Watts noticed another problem and fixed it too. I continue to be a fan, we're lucky to have him and his super staff in Mystic.

My first visit at Dr. Watt's was wonderful. Everyone in the office was so friendly and nice. The office was super clean and all safe precautions for covid were in place.

I hate going to the dentist but this office uses the latest tools and makes it a little easier for a visit. The office is clean and safe. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Dr Watts does great work. I highly recommend this group.

I have been fortunate to be a patient for many years. Dr. Watts is a most caring and exceptional dentist. His staff is warm and professional as well.

I hate going to the dentist but this office uses the latest tools and makes it a little easier for a visit. The office is clean and safe. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Dr Watts does great work. I highly recommend this group.

It was great to be back after a year. Really missed that 6 mo check up. Grace did a good job, seems as though she is still settling in and maybe taking a little longer. Understandable, but for the first time ever, I had a 15 min wait time for my 11:00 am appointment. although as I think about it, with all the new COVID guidelines, things must be taking everyone a little longer across the board. I appreciated Grace's concern for a suspicious area on my gums, very thorough.

Went to see Dr. Watts for a second opinion on a dental procedure. Office staff was very efficient, very pleasant...met me in the parking lot, took my temperature...followed all COVID protocols. Dr. Watts was very helpful and very friendly. Helped confirm my decisions and suggested potential alternatives as well.
