Dr. Mulligan is originally from the northern Illinois area. He attended Northwestern University Dental school graduating in 1977. Dr. Mulligan is an expertrevolutionary treatment for sleep apnea and is dedicated to helping his Central Florida patients who suffer from sleep disorders such as sleep apnea and excessive snoring. He is a member of ADA, FDA and American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine.

Dr. Mulligan has been married for 37 years with four adult children and3 grandchildren. He and his family moved to Central Florida in 1980. He enjoys boating, football and is a long time Orlando Magic fan.
