The front office staff was above and beyond helpful. I was pleasantly surprised that Dr Vlassis came into exam room to check out my teeth situation, and then sat down to explain what the remedy procedure would be. He drew pictures for me for an accurate visual. He then had his finance person do a write up of very reasonable costs and payment options. And when I asked advice concerning a friend's situation he was willing to present some options and was willing to accept another new patient. When so many practices are now closed to new patients, that was such a blessing! This will be my second major oral undertaking, both times with Dr Vlassis. I highly recommend!

6 stars out of 5. Everyone was very welcoming. I felt cared for and listened to. Dr. Vlassis took time to explain all that was going on w/area in question. I trust his expertise as I have worked with him in the past. Also, his delivery was very calm and he was open to all my questions. I was not rushed. Thank you for this outstanding compassionate care. I was referred by my primary care dentist to Dr. Vlassis. From the moment I checked in with the receptionist, I was treated with courtesy, and with professionalism. Dr. Vlassis was very informative regarding my tooth issue, explaining how he would proceed, all in an easy to understand fashion. I have to say that literally every person on Dr. Vlassis's staff was extremely courteous, and helpful. While I haven't had my procedure yet, I'm sure it will be as positive as my introduction.
